My experience was perfect! I had been craving some sweets and decided to try insomnia! I’m 31 weeks pregnant with twins so driving there was out of question and I decided to shoot for delivery. After ordering I decided to read some of the reviews and I must say they are rough lol. All in all, my experience was great, delivery was super fast I mean within 10 minutes honestly and the cookies were warm and sooooo good!! 10/10 recommend. I honestly can’t agree with the negative reviews at all.
Wow. The cookies aren’t great. When this place first opened they served great big cookies for a reasonable price. Now the cookies are small and the prices have gone up. It’s not worth it. The price for six cookies is ridiculous. You’re better off going to Walmart and buying their fresh cookies.Insomnia = 6 cookies for $10Walmart = 8 cookies for $2.50And Walmart’s quality and taste are on par if not better than insomnia. Please let this business die. What a TERRIBLE model…. Wow

I just went here and I had a great customer service experience with Brennan. I am not too familiar with the menu and he helped me pick some of the best cookies!
These cookies are so moist and warm . They are about $12 for 6 but well worth the price . Also they stay open late which is convenient for people who stay up late . My kids love that they can choose 6 different types of cookies for the box since they each have their own favorite .
So my buddy and I were sitting in the van waiting on our dominos order and were making fun of the insomnia cookie store. I did a Google search on it and then just decided to go and check it out. I got a chocolate chunk and s'mores. Uncertain how these stay soft all day or how long they sit in the warming oven, but they were pretty amazing!! Need to hit up a store in Wisconsin!
Delivery is always very fast! And the people there are always nice too! One time, delivery took longer than expected and they gave me extra cookies to make up for it. The cookies are also always warm! Ah! I wish there were insomnia cookies everywhere:)
Insomnia cookies is always my favorite sweet treat! They are always delivered quickly and the cookies are always warm! And when things get messed up, they always try to mend the situation:)
The cookies are so warm and delicious. Great staff, so friendly. I enjoy the conversations and how much they know about the products they are selling. Definitely 10/10, I love everything about this location especially the s’mores cookies:)
