They recently went under new management, we have been a long time customer because of my husband having celiac. He loves their gluten free pancakes. Well with the change of hands, there was a mix up on gluten free and regular pancakes. The new managers and staff handled the situation with superb grace! I am excited to see this place flourish in the years to come! Thank you to the waiter and manager for your care and support! We will be back soon!
Stopped in for breakfast after church, my husband and I were very pleased to see the building got its much needed face lift! The food was better than ever and our server, Ashley did a great job making sure we had everything we needed. New ownership looks good on the Hattiesburg IHOP! We will be back!!

I had the French toast meal with strawberries. Do not order the strawberries. The French toast did not have much flavor. The eggs and bacon was good.
Great place to eat! My wife and I eat here a few times a year. Since we got married, 30 years ago, we have made IHOP "our place." This place always has good service and good food! Not all IHOPS measure up to this level. Our waitress has been here 6 years and there is one that has been here 30 years! An awesome owner/manager/cook that should be teaching IHOP managers is what they have here! Keep up the excellent work!!!
If I could give NO stars I would.. the manager was very nice to the kids in the beginning but the food was horrible and the waitress we had was rude and never once refilled our drinks and we sat waiting for 20 min for our ticket after asking for it finally just got up to go to counter to pay and she yelled at us because we got up!!! Will NEVER go back
Had not been in a while. It was as good as ever. Got breakfast food and ate every bite. I was sooooo full and satisfied.

The food, the service, and overall moral of this IHOP going downhill fast. Service has been a huge problem for us the past few times but today was the last time we will come here. Food was bad and so was service.
The dark hair foreign lady is very rude and incompetent. Whether dining or picking up. She let my food sit there after I gave her my FULL name thinking it wasn’t it. Finally the other lady read the ticket and realized it was mine and told me my last name wasn’t on it. Then she just walked away after saying that. Needless to say, I put my tip back in my purse.A few weeks ago, the foreign lady kept coming to the table and standing so close to me that her stomach was touching me. I asked would she please back up. Then she kept trying to grab plates that we were still eating off of. I don’t even think she knows she’s being very rude because she smiles the whole time.
