Outstanding customer service and the best burger I've had in a long time!
Y’all need to work on the prices. Way too expensive for a basic burger
Absolutely the worst service EVER. Man ahead of me was patiently waiting on his order to be taken. Cashier was busy chatting with someone then finally took the mans order. The customer handed him a $20 and the cashier THREW the change across the counter and refused to pick it up off the floor. The man was elderly and in no condition to be bending over to pick up the money. RUDE..when called out for his behavior the cashier told him to leave, then he told me to leave when I told him I was reporting his behavior. Could this be why 5 Guys locations are closing everywhere?

Expensive! Cheeseburger alone is $10.39, regular fries $5.59, and $5.09 small shake. When I asked about the high prices, the attendant said prices go up every other week, and people ask about them—but they still pay. Food quality and service was good—not great. $23.18 feels like a shakedown. I won’t return.
Was not a fan of the chain, but this store served a very good burger and fries. I may stop there again.
