Very upset that the store couldn't break a $100 bill for a $45 tab.Was told every $20 bill is dropped into safe.Guess when you don't trust your employees you make it tough on the customer...
Always hot, fast delivery, foods never wrong and tastes great… As somebody who abuses their delivery service, this location never misses!!!
I went in store to order not only did she screw up my order I was informed that I am not receiving my points
Very delicious pizza today. I stopped eating dominos since at least 6 months ago because it wasn’t good, but decided to give it another try today. Definitely noticed a change for the better. Crust edges is a nice fluffy texture while actual pizza gives a thin and crispy texture but no super cracker like. I got the 3 topping and could taste all flavors. Not dry not nasty. Not cheerless. Just good pizza. It was perfect. Keep doing what you doing
Ellisville Mississippi store is always very consistent and great. When I go to other locations I can tell that my go to store is always very good.
The hwy 98 store has Really gone down hill. Needs new managment. I had to go pick up my delivery order. I called to check on our order after waiting 45 minutes. Said they were short of drivers. They Did not change my order to carryout. Still paid the delivery charge. I was a Domino's delivery driver for Laurel, Petal and Biloxi since I was 18 till 29. Answered the phones from 16 to 18. Now i have my own business. I know RPM policy. The phone also rang way past 2 rings. More like 12. No one there seems to care at all. Last time we ordered, kid couldnt find our house. No one called. We called after an hour. It took 2 hours to get it. They are checking orders off the makeline screen before they are made. Its time to clean house.
I wish there was an option to share without selecting even one star. The girl answering the phones on the night of 2/21/22 doesn’t even deserve a job much less one star. She’s costing RPM big time. Other people there will even admit she has an attitude problem. May want to check into it, if asking literally one question is an issue, well actually even having to answer the phone is an issue. I’m sure nothing will be done. I’ve heard so many complaints about this store and nothing is ever done. Yet, last night you give them another chance and to not be let down, they out do themselves with horrible customer service. The worst actually, 40 years and never had someone at a place of business be rude just to be rude.
Although I was impressed with pizza, I will never ever return to this establishment. I presented a $50 bill to pay for my order and I was told they couldn’t accept it. I proceeded to ask to speak to a manager and she gave me a poor excuse why they couldn’t take it. This was absolutely ridiculous. They made me go to another store to get chance to pay for my order. I must say I’m completely dissatisfied with this treatment as a customer. This is one customer Domino’s has lost forever.

After doing a review Brian called me and said I should have called before checking out and they would do better next time . Didn’t try to correct my order or refund it . Never will go back to this dominoes and better customer service should be in that place . I will be reaching out to corporate office Bc someone can get sick eating food like that .
