Second time in a row it took almost an hour before they even began cooking my order. They’re response is they’re busy. Second time was at 3 in the afternoon. Very poor customer service.

I don't know if they rang something up wrong, but they tried to charge me $42 dollars for 1 medium and 1 large pizza. We just left, prices are insane.

Placed order for delivery. Recieved text saying driver on the way. Then recieved a phone call saying that domino's doesn't deliver to a hotel. Totally disappointed.

I ordered pizza to be delivered for a birthday party, and all of the guests arrived but the pizza didn't. I had already paid for it, and it said that my order was in the "quality check" stage. Everyone was starving and we couldn't wait for the pizza to be delivered. It was getting more and more awkward as the pizza didn't arrive. Suddenly I got a text message saying "your order has been cancelled." There was no explanation, and my husband had to call and then go all the way to Domino's to pick up my order. They said that I hadn't answered their phone call so they cancelled it. They did not send a text message or call a second time, just one quick call from Jackson, MS - not Hattiesburg - that I missed because I was busy answering the door while guests were coming in. LAME, DOMINO'S. VERY LAME. The pizza was delicious, but we almost didn't receive it and I paid for the delivery fee, which was not refunded. It was embarrassing, to top it all off.

I'm from Colorado so I just ordered a couple of pizzas to be delivered to our hotel room. I called twice after the pizas hadn't been delivered after an hour and 30 minutes. They didn't even offer a free soda. Finally, delivered after two hours. Very disappointed.

Ordered at 1:48, the tracker did not move at all. Called the store at 2:30 and was told by someone my order was in the oven. Checked my app once more and my order didn’t go into the oven until 2:40. At 2:51 they were doing a quality check and I was advised via app and text that my delivery driver left the store at 3:05. this was a lie because I’m literally watching the map and he sat idle for 15 minutes at Dominos. I didn’t receive my food until 3:22. Idk what happened today but I’m very disappointed in the quality, service and experience overall.

Pizza was not good. They left part of our order off and we had to wait 30 minutes for it. Just wasn't a good visit all together.

On November 18th, I ordered a pizza around 9:50ish. I got there around 10:10. I picked it up at the window, and the guy didn't seem to want to be there at all. Could just be a bad day. I ordered wings and a pizza. Both were absolutely disgusting. I could not even eat it at all after the first bite, for neither one of them. I am not one to wrote bad reviews, but it was terrible. The pizza just did not taste right at all!!!! And the wings tasted like they were boiled and left to sit there for hours then warmed up again. It was absolutely disgusting. I've been to this location a million times and this has been the worst experience.
