Ordered online . They said my food would be ready at a certain time. After 15 minutes I called they said they were bagging my food at that very moment. Waited an additional 15 minutes went inside to check no one was at the to go counter. I came back to my car ,5 minutes later my food comes out cold. The salads are old ,brown, and not fit to eat. I would never eat at this Chili's again.
We sat at the table 10 minutes before we were told they were changing shifts. Once we got a waitress, Tina, was good. 4 dishes were ordered. Only one was great (cajun chicken pasta), margarita chicken was not as good as usual. The appetizer was the best, cheese fries. Chicken strips were fried a little hard.
Food is always good. Friendly staff and prompt service. Take out or dining in is always a good experience. Prices are equal to others who have same menu...prices are higher than before.
We had dinner at chili’s this afternoon and it was fantastic! We had appetizers and fajitas that were fresh and hot ! Our server Nya took really good care of us! Thanks so much !
do NOT go here. 40+ minute wait for lunch (chicken tenders and fries for my daughter) and it was NOT busy at all. no manager in sight. horrible place
Horrible! We walked in and was seated. We sat for 10mins and our waitress never came to speak, take drink orders, or anything. Several others walked passed not acknowledging us, one did stop and say your waitress will be with you shortly but that never happened so we walked out.
I tried the Mexican sweet corn for the first time; I'll be having that again! We were seated immediately and our server was very patient with us, even though we took a long time to decide what we wanted. I really like the cooperation between all the servers. Great teamwork!
Been eating here since this place opened. Have eaten at Chili's all over the country. Service is usually very good and the food is great. Don't know what happened to this particular one. We went there for lunch after a doctor's appointment. My wife ordered Quesadilla Explosion Salad. There was basically no cheese or anything in the quesadilla and nothing in the Salad but chicken and lettuce. Had to get the rest of the toppings brought out separately from the kitchen. I ordered a bowl of potato soup and a chicken sandwich which fell apart from the start, so I had to eat it with a fork.I could have gone to another Chili's in the area, but this one was more convenient at the time.
I love the employees and good food and drinks
The food was fare. I always ask for Salmon Fajitas but charging $10 on top off what the dish already cost is a bit much. $5 I understand but for my diet this is what I can eat.
