Grilled chicken club Mac and cheese is delicious ?
They have the best drive thru process of all fast food. Don't be detoured by the long line, you will be moved right through in a polite and friendly manner. The food is always made to order and so fresh. I tried the Mac n cheese this time because of the commercials and it was delicious! My favorite is the spicy chicken sandwich and I love those waffle fries.
Everyone was very helpful. When I got there there was a very big group ( at least one bus ) just leaving. So they had barely any seating, as soon as they left I went to get a seat and they came right over and explained and cleaned. I got my food just a fez minutes after I ordered. I had a very good experience even though they were so busy.
It is VERY confusing when dinning in, they don't tell you they will bring both the food and drinks now. So my husband stood up there waiting on the drinks, as he was told. For another working to wonder around with our food and drinks. As well as when getting refills, there were NO customers(at that time up there) but my oldest stood at the counter for 10 mins waiting. As young people chatted.. It was nutts, the way the employees wonder around the place with your food seams more intense than just standing and waiting on it.
Absolutely monstrous to service animals. I watched them ask for proof of papers for a service animal (illegal btw), look at the papers, ask an employee to sit at the table near them to make sure the dog didn't leave her stroller, and the family felt so uncomfortable about that that they decided to eat outside. Ten minutes later, the mother has to go back inside to order more food because a lizard dropped from the umbrella on the table outside and into her salad. While the daughter has a panic attack because she's scared of lizards. They threw the rest of the food from outside away because there were lizards everywhere and immediately left. It was the daughter's birthday. Chick fila is just acting like it's not their pleasure anymore
I was very disappointed today. For the first time I can't give 5 stars. Waffle fries were so cold I think someone put them in the cooler. Staff seemed off. . . Just not normal
It’s impossible to say a Chick-fil-A isn’t ran well. They all are but this Chick-fil-A seems to have a little extra when it comes to service.Although it’s a pain to get in and out of there parking lot it’s worth it.Food is always perfect.
Chick Fil A is starting to get as bad as some of the other fast food places. This location and one in Mobile, AL have some of the rudest employees I've ever met.You almost hate to eat the food for fear they have spit in it or something. They love it when you ask for an exact number of sauces, they give you half of the requested amount, and you ask for the remaining 3-4 sauces, love it.
I wanted to give them a 3.5 but there are no half stars. The young lady that took my order was super nice and patient. They brought my food to me b4 I made it to the window. They were trying to be fast but things looked a little confusing. Well the people working at the window looked confused. When I reached into the bag to take out the fries someone had put them in upside-down. There is only one fast food place that can do that and it is not Chick-fil-A. The food was great. The drink tasted a little watered down. My child inhaled the his sandwich so I was happy that my child was happy and full.
I like Chick-fil-A in Hattiesburg I'm from Laurel Mississippi they have a big volume of customers but like seem to know how to get them through the line my food is always hot and good in fact I never had to bring it back. I always get the number one combo. Laurel could you at Chick-fil-A could use some help from them because sometimes I've gotten cold food there and I don't like cold food.
