This place is good but only took cash on this day. Every time I go to Checkers there is always some sort of issue. Hopefully one day I will be able to give them a perfect review. Finger crossed ?
The people didn't have gloves on . We watched them give us old fries . One car in front kept falling asleep. Overall worst experience. Too bad I won't be back ... I always loved checkers.
Food was great and fries were hot and fish sandwich but the burger was cold and buns and needs improvement on the burgers heat but was dressed well though and overall it was still good and friendly service indeed ??
The place wasn't busy at all. The staff was quick and the food was freshly fried.
I made it or it was a very small or but yet there was three or four people that made orders after me that got their orders and then I asked about it they act like they have a attitude

I'm a USM college student, so the restaurant is directly across the road from campus. They put up a sign on the walk up window that states "no walk up orders due to being short staffed " keep in mind that I walked to checkers. So I went to the drive thru window since there wasn't a car insight. The young lady told me, we are not doing walk up orders. I was confused because there are no cars in line. She could have just been real honest and said you have to be in a vehicle to be serviced. Money is money, no matter if you are not in a automobile to get your order. Im still confused
Went through the drive through and they did not give us our loaded fries. Went back around and the cashier asked the cook about it and at first he tried to say he knows he put the fries in the bag and he wasn’t making anymore. Then they said that the cook was by himself and there was nothing he could do about it. I asked for a manage after arguing that we did not get our fries. He closed the window and was about to open a bag of fries and what did he see on the counter??? Our fries!! By this point, everything was cold and the fries were soggy!!! Poor service!
The food was good but the service was terrible. The service worker ,Keandra, was very rude at the speaker when I would ask her questions. When I pulled up to the window I asked for a swirl cone and they gave me a cup. She didn’t let me know that they were out of cones because it was for my little girl. When I asked her if they were out of cones she rolled her eyes and said yes. I wanted a couple of packets of ranch and she handed me one and shut the window. One packet of ranch for two meals.
Me and my co-workers ordered DoorDash from here and almost everything except 3 things was left out. We had a total of 9 items. I called door dash and everything and then I called checkers. The woman was extremely rude and accused me of lying. And while I was explaining what was in my bag she hung up on me. So checkers do yourself a favor and hire better employees, the way I was brushed off was unbelievable. NEVER will I order from there again.
