Food was ok, corporate should look at management and educate her in customer service.
I love Arby's. Staff here was not really inviting. My wife and I came through one night after she got out of the hospital. It was not busy, we were the only car in the drive through. Our food was right but the attitude of the lady at the window was not friendly. We didn't receive our straws (no big deal, we're human we make mistakes I get it.) Upon asking for the straws she rolled her eyes and roughly handed them to me. Food was great though.
Good food nice employees clean facility. A little pricey as is everywhere else though.

Well I had the Wagyu burger twice today… The first time and the last time. It looks great on TV and on paper, but it was totally unremarkable. The secret sauce doesn’t compare to anything I’ve had before. The meat was fully cooked but had no flavor at all. I liked Burger King’s Impossible Whopper better and I hated that! This will not age well at all. This burger is overpriced and the advertisements are overblown. I will not have another one. Arby’s should stick to roast beef and leave the burgers to the experts.We HAVE the MEATS!?
