I asked for an order of half lemon pepper and half Buffalo hot and received hot lemon pepper wings. When I called to address the situation I was hung up on. Then I called back they act like they didn’t understand what I was saying. Worst American Deli ever.
This is the chicken wing place in the mall and they are really good. I usually go here when the Chick-fil-A is packed.

I have always loved American Deli since my teenage years. I went to the original one in South Dekalb Mall where I would get the special, medium. They're still the best wings to me.
The girl at the counter tonight (08/05/19) was very rude. She seemed uninterested in taking my order. I was going to order 6 wings on one order and 15 on the other, but she stated they only had 12 wings total left (weird for a wing place). I took the food home and realized it’s way different from what I expected as a native from GA where American Deli is headquartered. Wings were over cooked and fries weren’t cooked enough, oddly enough. It may have just been a bad night, but that was unacceptable.
I ordered a 10pc BONELESS wings and I get to my table and they were bone in. No problem simple mistake. Well someone's order comes up and the girl brought it to her completely ignoring me and then when the cashier finally asks me, she acts like it's a chore and she slammed my receipt down on the counter. Just very rude and not a way to treat customers.
Accurate and friendly service. Food was absolutely delicious
