Got in line like 30 mins before closing, and got to the order screen at 9pm... First off, it should never take that long just to order your food at a drive thru. Second, it was just me and one person behind who waited that long, but Blake, who is somehow a manager, inhumanly refused to take our orders and made us leave. Seriously? If you guys weren't taking so long, for whatever reason, we wouldn't have had to pull up to the order screen at 9pm. That's on you, not us. Also, it's not like we pulled up seconds or a few minutes before closing. We literally got in line long before you closed. So because of that, to not even have the common courtesy to take the orders of the last couple people who actually waited in line, is pathetic. For anyone reading this, go right down the road to Chick-fil-a. They'll actually treat you like a human being.
I went through the drive thru Sunday February 6th and so much was happening from the start. The gentleman that greeted me at the speaker was very rude and unprofessional. I’m not sure if he knew but the speaker was on when he was saying foul language to the girl who was also very rude. I then told the blonde boy at the window when I got to it and he immediately said he was so sorry for the other boys behavior and he said whatever happens here is all of their responsibility and that they’re all responsible for each other’s actions. He then gave me a 10% discount. I gave him a tip for his kind gesture. That was a true worker for standing up and saying they were all responsible. I love the food but maybe get more professional people to greet guest at the order taker. I appreciate the other young boy for his very professional handling skills. Way to go! Will be back however next time I will be talking to a manager about this visit.
I came to Zaxby’s on January the 31st around 6pm. The young man I think his name was Hunter outside was very professional when taking my order. I like the whole new setup aside from the Chick Fl A feel. We don’t have a Zaxby’s in Michigan where I’m from. I’m in the service so I’m not use to places in fast food giving discounts which was also a nice gesture. The young man also thanked me for my service which was the top of everything overall. It’s nice to be appreciated. I will choose Zaxby’s as my go to chicken joint while I’m down here.
I've now been to this place two times, both times i used the drivethru. I ordered the Cajun Club meal both times and both times the chicken was cold! This time I pulled to a parking spot to call the store. I thought, maybe with the chicken being cold both times, it was supposed to be. Turns out, it's not supposed to be. The manager had them replace my sandwich. It was delicious! (And the fries are awesome!!) I'm glad that the manager made things right, but this really shouldn't keep happening in the first place. Will I go back? Yes, but will probably dine in next time, maybe it'll be right on their first, next try.
Great food and service. As with many fast food establishments, the dining area will sometimes close unexpectedly due to COVID-related issues but they have always helped me out by letting me order from my parked vehicle, since the roof is too high to fit through the drive thru.
On Friday night at 8:25 on January 21, 2022 I came through the drive thru. I tried to order the wings and things meal. I wanted boneless dipped in sweet and and plain fingers. Zorena told me I would have to order two meals because I couldn’t get it the way I ordered. I tried to tell her that I could do it that way and it was a picture that showed both. Her disposition was not friendly. I was very disappointed that she didn’t know the menu. I had to order something I didn’t want. I’m very disappointed.
Is it really too expensive to fix your intercom at the menu? Looks like a COVID testing site with all the tents and takes longer than it would to get tested! Some expenses are worth spending….Update: the girl taking orders says it’s to have a personal connection to the customers… well what did she do to this company for them to wait until COVID is peaking to put her in contact with every drive-thru customer y’all come in contact with??
Ask for extra season salt to get dem fries poppin! Fries are better than their chicken. I could eat a loaf of their bread but then they would have to cut me out my house.
