They were slow and they didn't have a clean dining area and they didn't have napkins in the holders and the soda area was really dirty and didn't have the cup lids stocked but the employee that helped us was very nice
Drive-through was real busy so I went in friendly staff clean dining area and the food was good.
Nice staff. Food is always fresh. Slow at times, but it's "fast" food ?♂️
What on EARTH is going on with this Wendy's??? The drive thru line is INSANELY long. I figure they have 3 employee's here (never more) and I'm pretty sure they're all always stoned. Drove thru last night and my husband spoke loudly to be heard over their ancient speaker system and the lady asked him to STOP YELLING at her. We were baffled. And then no one EVER thanked us for coming or even spoke to us. How are they still in business??? We won't bother them again with our business.
I was in the drive thru. Took about 25 mins to place my order. Only had 1 size frosty and 2 flavors out of 3. Was very disappointed
This Wendy’s has the worst service. I thought I could do better by making a curbside order.. NOPE! After waiting almost 30 mins in the mobile pickup parking area, I had to drag my child in a car seat and child in a wheelchair inside to get my food. I even tried to call the store twice with no answer. It was already ready except the kids meal. When I spoke to the manager and ask for the corporate managers number, she proceeded to ask the employee responsible for getting the order to my car if he saw it. At NO point did the manager or employee offer to help me. On the way out I dropped a drink in the parking lot (thank goodness it was mine and not a kids). When I go to open the kids meal for my toddler, there is no drink. This is only one of many awful experiences we’ve had at the store. We will not be returning.
When the cashier was busy no one would take my order they just stared at me and ignored me, until i said something after 10min. Then they didn't even apologize after. Rude customer service.
Waited 18 minutes in line. Finally got to the window and I had to say hello twice after waiting 5 more minutes before anyone spoke. Just to be informed that they didn't have anything but diet drinks. This is the most pathetic drive through I've ever been through. The wait alone isn't worth getting an order that will be wrong when you get it. We've given this place too many chances. I know that no one will care but we won't come back.
Fries are always over cooked. They would also probably get a better rating if they would keep the dining area open past 6 pm
Reality on the LEFT Vs Commercialized, Marketed Expectations!Is it really that hard to NOT FORGET THE MAIN INGREDIENTS of this Burger... Forgot the CHEESE and BACON and really just BUTCHERED this BURGER!!!I am ALREADY home from this trip and I DON'T REALLY Feel like going back for THEIR MISTAKE ON QUALITY CONTROL of what goes out the Window in drive thru to their customers.Are we at that point now with hiring "Competent" workers that WE NOW NEED TO CHECK OUR OWN FOOD 1 BY 1 to make sure everything is what it should be before leaving the drive thru???Cheers to those who Actually got what they Ordered in Drive Thru and did not have to settle for less than half the ingredients let alone a NIGHTMARE Looking Burger ??,Regards,Very Dissatisfied Customer
