9455 HIGHWAY 49, GULFPORT, MS 39503. Very poor service. Began with: No greeting, what would you like to order…person at register just stared at me. This set the tone for the rest of the visit. Ordered chick sand and a chili to go. No napkins, utensils, condiments of any kind in self serve station, completely empty, had to ask at counter. Someone who appeared to be the mgr (older woman, had a diff colored uniform on) got testy w/ me when I said self service station was empty of spoons, napkins etc. She mumbled that she wasn’t the mgr and was new here (dont buy it, shes older than the others). Had to ask for chili seasoning, crackers and spoon. They didn’t have spoons for chili and she handed me a fork. She told me to get a spoon at my hotel (not sure how she knew I was at a hotel, but it is a big resort area so…okay). Not sure how you’d eat a Frosty w/ a fork had I ordered one. Slopped chili on the takeout bag, nice touch. Not exaggerating any of this, it was so bad I thought I was being punked for a reality show. They checked every box for terrible service. Anyway, this whole crew needs some serious customer service training and how to maintain dining area with napkins, spoons, etc. Manager sets the example for the crew, she failed completely and it showed based on attitude of the crew. I’ve had some bad food and service at fast food restaurants over the years and let a lot of things slide but was worthy of taking the time to write this and I sent a complaint through the Wendy’s c/s website.
This Location has the absolute worst customer service. I have made corporate purchase, I have asked for a receipt. The guy at the register states that there is no receipts available. I asked for a proof of my purchase for the company, he again says I do not have no receipts, how do you expect me to get them for you? He has been extremely rude and after I asked about if I can talk to a manager, he just mumbled and said I am only 17 years old, how can I help you. The manager comes out. He was extremely rude and yelling at the register because he does not have a receipt, then after he noticed that everybody around was just surprised for his customer service, he started saying, I apologize I did not mean for it to come out rude. This has been absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with this company, the service was horrible, management was absolutely horrible. The location is extremely dirty and the employees are literally eating inside the kitchen while prepping the food. Extremely unsanitary. without really bringing into the matter a wait of 40 minutes to just place the order and there is barely any customers to justify this wait.Manager’s name: MarteeRegister clerk: Malik
This place was absolutely horrible. We were on vacation on 6/18/2022 and ate at Wendy’s right beside Quality Inn in Gulf Port. The customer service was very bad. They completely messed our order up and wouldn’t give us a receipt. Kept saying the printer was not working. The cashier was very slow in comprehending what we were trying to order. Then she put her hands all over our fries for no reason like her hand coordination was off or something. The workers in the back were eating the fries out of the tray. We will never go back here. Literally feeling sick as i just ate and am sitting here about to leave as im writing this review.
Poor customer service, extremely slow, they are taking one order at a time and not taking another order till the 1st is filled. Today when I placed my order, ordered Cheddar Bacon Combo, Large coke and 2 small frosties. My order comes up 1 bag, 1 coke and 1 frosty, as I'm looking over my order one of the guys from the back asks is everything alright and I tell him I ordered 2 small frosties, the lady that took my order proceeds to tell me that they are out of small cups and that is a medium and counts as 2 smalls, I proceeded to tell her that if she had told me that they were out of small cups I would've ordered 2 medium no problem but that she shouldn't try changing someone's order. My shadow will never cross their threshold much less their parking lot. I'm done with this Wendy's
I ordered on DoorDash their honey butter biscuit, two of them and a extra honey biscuit, the biscuits itself was so hard it was ridiculous. Ordered their pineapple mango lemonade, told they were out of lemonade and gave a sprite. I do not like sprite. Biscuit were Overcooked and old tasting. I was surprised at how of a low quality that they allowed the food to be. Absolutely horrible. Normally their biscuits is soft and moist. Shameful
On the website it says they open at 630am so I sat there this morning and waited until 630 then went through the drive through just to be told they didn't open until 645. On top of that the lady was rude, very disrespectful about it. Can you please put the correct time on your website. I was running late for work and if I would have known the actual time you opened I would have had enough time to go somewhere else.
Next door to hotel. Arrived around 7 and wanted a salad. I know how Wendy’s does their taco salad and that sounded great after a day in the car. Walked into dining area and was second in line to order. Gentleman ahead of me finished and stepped aside. I approached the counter and the young lady laid her head down on counter and asked what I wanted. Literally the side of her face was on the counter, one arm was next to her face and the other was behind the counter like she was holding her insides together! I placed my order. She pulled her face off the counter and shuffled to the delivery side counter. I asked for a receipt and she ignored me.Gentleman got his order from her with her head almost touching the counter and no eye contact. I waited, waited, waited. For those who have never enjoyed a taco salad, everything is ready, just needs to be put in a take out sack. Salad in plastic bowl, chili cooking in pot needs to be put in takeout bowl, 2 packets of sour cream added to bag and bag of chips! The girl was called several times by the cook to get the taco salad ready. Took her over 8 minutes! OMG, if I wasn’t afraid of being called out by someone, I would have asked her if she needed a doctor or ambulance.Without a receipt with phone number and store number, I just googled it and decided to tell my story. Will NOT be going back.
No line. Food was hot and delish but so sad the frosty machine was not quite ready. The staff was friendly, offered extra items to try, verified order and with in minutes back on the road. Great training and customer service. Oh the parking lot is under some construction but very organized and easy to still go through drive thru.
That was the worst meal I've ever had from Wendy's! My burger was a chicken instead of beef, all dried up. Fries were hard and cold. I won't go to that store ever again! I should have known she had the order wrong when she said 21 dollars.
With only a couple of people working the line of cars was wrapped around the building, it took a bit to get our food but I'm not complaining... I'm grateful! For those who did show up for work,our food was correct and hot. We had napkins a spoon for the frosty and straws.
