Only giving 5 stars to my waitress. She was the ONLY one running her tail off trying to do EVERYTHING. 3 other women there working. I've had 2 businesses in my 65 years. Even in managing, I would roll up my sleeves and help where needed. I sure didn't see that here! That gal deserves a raise, better yet make HER manager! I would in a heartbeat! UPPER management needs to pay attention to who's really working hard there!! You all got some important people coming in tomorrow, if I wasn't just passing thru, I would come in and give them truth of what I observed while I was eating. Think about it...if a customer notices this....SOMETHING IS WRONG!
Went at 11p or so. We were only 1 of 3 tables. The staff was wonderful and helpful.
Worst waffle House I have ever eaten at. The food was nasty tasting.
Food was cooked horribly. Bacon way over cooked, eggs too. Waffle came 10 min before meal so was cold and tasteless when attempted. Cheesesteak sandwich had little to no meat, but lots of cheese. Hashbrowns were way under cooked. Really wish I went home hungry. Never going back to this location. Staff has to go!
We went there around noon, and they were busy but the service and food was great!

No room on the table for your plates we was in the booth and 3 people no space and there needs to be clearner at the grill it was not very appetizering at all.
The location was Canal Rd at I-10 in Gulfport. The lady manager greeted us right away and asked the servers to greet us. The servers simply didnt care to do their jobs! Very careless attitudes. They were simply gathered at the other end of the place carrying on a self-satisfying conversation. The place was empty. Maybe one other seated customer. We gave it 5 minutes, got up and walked out. They never even brought coffee...Denny's across the street was packed. Not a parking spot available.
very good place to drink coffee and eat im a regular the waitresses have become like family to me go see jenn at canal rd waffle house you will receive great service and good food
