Finally, I tried Texas Roadhouse, we ordered from the 10.99 early bird menu. I had chicken fried sirloin. It was huge! Very lightly battered and so crispy. The meat was fork tender. The green beans were seasoned to perfection.onion, bacon bits. Service was really good and very friendly. Did not disappoint.
Order Cactus blossom. Only edge of the onion is fried.. middle part is still raw with breading.2/3 of the onion is cover with raw breading. This is my favorite appetizer in Road House. Please, take your time and get it right.
Went to this location (for the first time) a few days ago for a dinner date. He would go there just to get the rolls and cinnamon butter and swore by them. It looked pretty busy for a Monday night and we weren't the only party waiting at the door but we were seated in less than five minutes. So A+ for that! While we followed the host (and our fresh basket of rolls!) to our table he asked if we'd ever dined with them and how we would rate them on a scale of ten. And honestly I just found that a bit weird? And all the posters with ads for other businesses. Made me feel like I was in a Nascar themed steakhouse/high school gym. There were also cases of Togo boxes stacked in the dining room. Like maybe they didn't have enough space for them in the back but that's not exactly nice to look at at.Our server was very sweet and attentive. No ones glass was ever empty. Our orders were taken and the meal was served in a very timely manner. I had the 6oz sirloin and he had the ribeye. Both were cooked perfectly to temp. The seasoned rice was surprisingly good.Their menu had me second guessing what I was going to order because many of the dishes sounded really good. But I give them a solid 4 out of 5. It wasn't the BEST steak I've ever had or the best atmosphere BUT it was good. And fast. And a lot cheaper than a lot of other steakhouses. If you're looking for a romantic date night, got to Outback in Diberville. If you want a steak for cheap served by someone in jeans and a tshirt and wanna bring the kids, go to Texas Roadhouse.
Great food! Great server (Ashlee) she was amazing!! She will keep you coming back if nothing else. My husband enjoyed his father's day even though he was extra full off of those delicious rolls, ha!
Great hospitality, Great server-Ashlee
During one of the busiest days of an even busier holiday, they were running this place like a well oiled machine. The food was amazing. I also appreciate how the salad was brought out when it was ready instead of wait to come out with the rest of the food we ordered. If you're on the coast, stop by. Stop by more than once, I'd say.
The Prime Rib medium rare was very good. Service was very attentive and professional. Will def be revisiting this location and I enjoyed my meal very much. I would recommend the loaded mash potatoes.
Good service and friendly atmosphere
The best rolls I've ever had. I ate 8 just by myself . I had the steak kabob it was tender and amazing.
Food was great. Service at the bar was terrible. 2 girls paid no attention to anyone. My plate and drinks sat there for 25 minutes. When we sat down the bartender put the menu in a big puddle of water from the guests before us. I would definitely go back but probably not sit at the bar with the service we had.
