The employees were polite. However the food was lacking. I basically ended up with salad wrapped in tortilla instead of soft taco Supreme. There was hardly any meat or sour cream on these. It was pitiful. Also, the steak chalupa had very very little meat. Again basically just a salad. Not worth the cost of the food and I'll never eat there again because of it. They did give a small cup of meat for the tacos when asked, but I shouldn't have to be pit in such an uncomfortable position as to have to ask. This is supposed to be fast food. Get it right. Presently this place is a fast rip off. It seems to me their focus is to keep it fast but not focused on quality or proper portions or customer satisfaction. I gave 1 star because they don't offer minus 5 on here.
Placed 2 separate orders on the same evening and each time an odd main ingredient was missing. Ordered 2 nachos bellgrandes and both came with no beef. Both were customized but neither requested no beef. Second order was a power bowl and it was VERY dry because the there was no avocado ranch sauce or any sauce of any kind in it. So I'd advise to double check each item before you leave the parking lot.
Ordered 6 soft shell tacos, got 1. Ordered 3 mexi meximelts, cold and not good at all. My favorite from Taco Bell. Never seen them made this way. We will not goback to that one. Not clean.
0 stars if it was possible. Tonight me and my husband ordered food at 12:02 via online. We pull through the drive through and the lady tells us they don’t have any beef it would be 15 to 20 minutes before they had some. We said that’s totally fine we’ll wait. Keep in mind we already paid via online. She tells us to go to the parking lot and they will bring it out to us. Again that’s fine so we do so. 15 minutes goes by we don’t hear anything 20 minutes goes by still nothing. My husband calls and no answer. 30 minutes nothing. So he goes up to the door and knocks and no one acknowledges him. So he waits and keeps knocking and nothing. He came back to the car and its almost one in the morning. Goes through the drive through and on the ordering machine it says they are closed. We are in utter shock and drive to the window. The lady looks dead at us and is smiling but not coming to the window as my husband is talking asking her where his food is and he’s been waiting for an hour and after 5 minutes she decided to come to the window….starts being disrespectful and acting like she didn’t know we were waiting in the parking lot like SHE TOLD US T0. An hour and still no food! Then when we did get it the coffee didn’t even have sugar in it and the food was cold……this is completely unexpected and if this is how y’all treat y’all’s customers then y’all need new employees… I love Taco Bell but this is absolutely ridiculous…….I’m not the one to complain either but this needed to be addressed!
If I could give zero stars I would for poor customer service and satisfaction. I literally drove from work in ocean springs to the Taco Bell closes to my home in Gulfport. Therefore I passed up my home to get there at drive thru just to be told they were out of all meats except for chicken. They were also out of potatoes. I was livid. I had already placed and paid for my order through the Taco Bell app which had beef items and potatoes. The drive thru worker greeted me by saying she could only take exact change or card. I stated it was fine I had already placed my order through the app. She got my name and all of a sudden they were out of all the items I had ordered. Two beef items and the potatoes bowl. What a coincidence. The drive thru worker really had no explanation on why they were out of beef when literally 90% of the menu item contain beef. I dont recommend going there after 10 cause 9/10 they will be “out” of half of their menu items.
The absolute WORST Taco Bell! Every time I stop by they are out of refried beans, black beans, tomatoes, potatoes, cinnabons, baja blast, and the list goes on!! Why are they even open?? And they keep your receipts to avoid the negative surveys, but the information you need can still be found online!

We ordered tacos and 2 sweet teas. The girl gives me 1 sweet tea and says that is all they have unless we want an unsweet one. I ask if she could make some more sweet tea and she said no they weren't making anymore because it would be too much just to go to waste. Well this is Saturday night at 7pm! I find out after we leave that they close at 2am on Saturdays. I'm just curious if this was just a matter of being lazy and not wanting to make anymore???
I waited in line for twenty minutes and the guy that was at the order box was still there and they didn’t take his order. We had to ask two cars behind us to back out so we could leave. This is the second time it has happened at this location. Corporate, pay attention to your franchisees. Franchise is losing a lot of money by allowing this continue.
I waited 3o minuets for my phoned in order. They had plenty of struggling staff but were not being utilized correctly and were very unorganized. The manager walked to the front one time and saw the customers waiting but did nothing to help and disappeared to the back. I give her zero stars as she made no effort to what appeared to be teens on the front line.
