Borderline friendly staff & that is about the best thing I could say about this. Got a 10 pack of tacos to share & more than half of the Taco shells we stale. They didn't even taste all that great. The Mexican pizza was no where near what it used to be.
I saw people writing good reviews but today I am sitting inside the shop and saw that some of the people in kitchen haven’t even washed their face or hand. His face still have the dropping marks from sleeping . This is terrible
horrible service. they were rude to me bc me & my friend ordered separately. because we paid separately??? lol. just out of pocket.
The location was clean but when it comes to the service they could not provide. I was the only person in line at the counter to pick up an Uber eats and I told the gentleman behind the counter what I needed and who I was and he just walked off and did not ever give me any update as to what was going on and it seemed like the food was already ready just sitting there and then finally they asked my name again and I told them and they did not even give me the total order for me to deliver. Now the customer was upset with me but these people should be able to do their job . The Bags I received to deliver are sealed and I’m depending on these people to have them filled with the correct order.
My food this time wasn’t all that good this time!!I threw my food away that ordered and I normally do not, do that!!!
UPDATE: left at 1013, one Item missing but they fixed it.I have literally been in the drive thru for over an hour, no way to turn around due to how it’s set up and still currently waiting. Ordered at 853pm and currently 1001pm ?
When we pulled off and circled the building without my grandson's drink they waved us down and brought it out. Great experience.
Workers are rude drive-thru was very slow and I do deliveries so I have to pick up from here I will never eat from here. I don’t trust them
It’s been awhile since I have been to the bell. I stopped into the Gulfport location and ordered two burrito supremes and a drink. When asked what sauce I wanted I asked for mild and proceeded to the window. I asked for some more sauce because there is never enough and the clerk told me they stuck a handful in my bag, I looked and saw a few. My mistake whenever I got home there were 3 … come on taco bell it’s not rocket science sauce is cheep and yes the food was good but please don’t act like your sauce is golden laced nectar. Atlwadt give us what we pay for.
Has been a long time since I ate at the bell. Must say this store was very clean and the food was delicious. The cravings box increased in price but the portions were generous and were fresh. Happy I stopped in. Will patronize again.
