I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme, the tiny portion of meat looks like it accidently made its way there. This is the saddest attempt iv ever seen in any fast food.
7:30pm and 3 people working, there was one other customer. The food took longer than it should've to get to us to not be hot. And the meat was extremely salty. So salty we couldn't even eat the quesadilla we ordered. The crunch wrap was nothing but tortillas and a lump of lettuce. The woman working was horrible at communicating. It wasn't until after we tried to get drinks that we learned they were out of everything except 3. Which I get that's not her fault but she could've given us a heads up when she handed us our cups. Also, no customers in the store, or in the drive thru, and most of the tables were gross needing to be wiped off.
Brittany was our cashier, she was taking orders from drive thru and inside so I can understand she was busy. It was 3:28pm and we were two of four people inside so definitely not busy inside, not sure if the drive thru was rolling. She was very direct, did not reply to small talk. A very nice young man brought our food out promptly, he also took care of a spill in the dining area. After we ate we were fixing to get on the road and I attempted to use the restroom and there was a sign to “ask for the key, for customers only”, I don’t think I even got the words out and Brittany said “we don’t have the key”, I’m not sure if it’s even legal for an establishment to be open for business without a restroom for employees and I don’t think these employees were working without a restroom. Rude to not give a customer the key. I was obviously not homeless and looking to camp out in the facility but whatever, at least the young man was nice
Food was usual Taco Bell excellence. Used drive thru. Ate and then needed the restroom. They have them locked and for guests only. The thing working the counter wouldn't even acknowledge I was there. Then turned and asked drive through lying thing if I had been through the drive through after I asked for key. The beaded haired thing lied that I hadn't been there. I wasn't about to go get the receipt. Instead, I'll just toast these racist girls on every web site possible! I obviously was too white and male for their service! Pure overt racism!!!
Waited for almost 15 minutes for my app order and first they gave me wrong order. Got home and opened and had ordered 3 chalupas with nacho cheese sauce added.... Not one of the 3 had the extra cheese sauce. Very upset!!! After paying extra $.65 for each chalupas!!!
Don’t go here. They have messed up my order every time I go here. I work down the road so I keep giving them chances. Never again. 0/4 I’m getting my order right. REGULAR SOFT TACOS. EXACTLY HOW THEY COME ON THE MENU. HOW DO YOU MESS IT UP EVERY SINGLE TIME?
Waited 20 minutes in the drive through multiple visits... Directly at the speaker with nobody in front of me. Avoid this location.
I went 2/23 at 10:45 and the lady in the drive thru literally YELLED at me to hurry up, when i was trying to have my payment ready before the window like drive thrus ask you to do. I was literally the only one in line. when I did pull around, I asked her why couldn’t she be more patient and she said she didn’t need to be ….. very rude the manager was also rude!!! worst taco bell ever!also when I asked for corporate number , she gave me a fake one
The worst Taco Bell location on the coast. Poor quality, out of multiple items/drinks, and very unprofessional workers. Would be better if it was ran by animals instead.
Ordered here today online for pickup and it was very late and not at all good except for the black beans and rice which were actually amazing and I wish I had ordered more. Everything was accurate with the exception of the Cheesy gordita crunch which was not made with the three cheese blend instead they used cheddar and barely used any and the Gordita shell was hard, Potatoes were dead when they put them in the dish, soft tacos had crusty shells and the chips were salt less. I understand that they are severely under staffed but it needs to be fresh. I expect edible food when I pay for it. They also would not answer the phone also either from the under staffing issue or lack of effort.
