Very nice and helpful staff, but, slooooooow service...seriously. slooooooow. And, unfortunately, the Google Pay didn't function when I first visited. Yet, they keep pulling me back in - LOL- 'cause it's a DRIVE-THROUGH, PEOPLE!!
The Carmel crunch frap.. was watered down. Taste like it was sitting on countertop for awhile.
Ordered through the app. 30 minutes later I go to pick up and it isn't on the table. I've had drinks taken by mistake so I caught the baristas attention to ask if they've made my drink yet- responded with 'I don't know'and walked away. I was running late so I had to leave. There's no way to get a refund on the app and the phone number isn't working to speak to management.
I love Starbucks, I get the Carmel ribbon crunch, try it, it is delicious, ask for it sweet, or just coffee based, I get milk base sometimes, but it is awesome.
Just terrible! Employees were combative and were giving customers wrong drinks. When told it was the wrong order they remade the order with attitude. On top of arguing amongst Employees. Wouldn't recommend anyone deal with this starbucks.
There so nice and very rewarding to just get coffee here ,I love your employees and the respect given with pronouns, ty for all the amazing coffee . I am a 6foot9 southern woman of transgender ,and yall so sweet
The coffee always tastes good. Just wish the lines didn't take so long.
Drinks can be hit & miss. If there are busy, be prepared to wait & possibly be forgotten or your order messed up. Staff can be friendly, but can tell most employees are just there doing a job.
Wow. We would give this Starbucks negative stars if we could. They were out of every breakfast sandwich except the Impossible sandwich. There were boxes everywhere next to the tables. The floor was dirty. We waited a long time for the third item in our order - one item was a black coffee and the other was coffee with cream only, nothing complicated - and when we finally asked, they said they were brewing more. It would’ve been nice for them to have mentioned that proactively. When our friend asked for a different roast to get his coffee quicker, they obliged, but only at that point did they mention that they were out of half and half and only had heavy cream. They did not put the lid on well and that coffee spilled all over our friend and the car…but he didn’t get burned because the coffee was not very hot. All of this happened with us as the only customers inside and one car in the drive thru. Overall a disappointing experience.
Do yourself a favor and go to the Dunkin Donuts down the street instead of this store. This is the worst Starbucks. Be prepared to wait 45 minutes for a cold black coffee then be ignored by the rude staff. Truly wish I could say this was a one time experience but I decided to give the store a second chance the other day only to experience the same unprofessional behavior and cold coffee. I won’t be returning to this location.
