Waited over 30 minutes for my order, even though I saw MULTIPLE cars that pulled up after me get their food (with similar size orders). Super frustrating, and definitely not coming to this location again.Update: just got home and noticed we were missing parts of our order. Unsatisfied is no where near a strong enough word to describe our visit.
I didn’t think you could ruin pretzels, but they did! As hard as rocks and tasted like grease..the loaded tater tots were hard and cold also..so fed up with this location.. last time my chicken was not even chewable.
Tell me why this sonic charged me $2.03 for a large WATER with lemon ! The Most I’ve ever paid at the other local sonics was 1.06 …. According to the manager at the location a water is not apart of any special and they have always charged for WATER . I will never go back I can tell you that !
The service is great. It’s just when you’re picking up order meals that you are delivering. Everything is timed. You have to wait for the order to be completed.
They are great with everything nice and respectful everytime. Fresh.
This Sonic is one of the best. I stop by every morning before work to get a drink. Staff are very friendly and always gets my order out to me fast.

Took 10 minutes to get a simple cup of ice and pretzel, told the girl I was giving her a $5 tip...she automatically took it out, which would have been fine, but when she gave me my change I didn't realize it right away and gave her another $6. When I went back to retrieve the money the next day (apparently she was sent home immediately after I left according to the manager when I called), it seems as though she told the manager I only tipped her $1 instead of the $6 I personally gave her
I only go for the half off, but I always get the unsweetened iced tea with raspberry flavoring....it's the best!!!!
go there at 10 pm make a order your burger will be cold but the service is good.
