I normally don't have problems with Sonic, and am forgiving of most situations. I've been in fast food.Saying that, ordering took 10 minutes because they stuck a new person, who obviously didn't know how to work the system, on order taking during dinner rush. Took a long time trying to get my items and then another person came on to finish taking my order, I thought I was done, and then a third person asked me things about my order. By this point I was just ready to be done and gone.I got my food in a timely manner, so kudos on that, but my corn dog was burnt on half of it and split open, and my chili was super greasy.I hope things improve for them.
Ordered a drink they refused to give any type of cream or half and half. Our drinks were completely melted. Take a few minutes out of your day and go to the one past best by
If you like seeing employees fight this is the place for you! This was the worst experience at a fast food place ever. Employees where rude and refused to fix my order. I had to get a refund on my food!$60
I had the footlong chilli cheese hotdog and chilli cheese tots.I also had to add an order of pickle fries. Very tasty!Sonic is always a good choice for fun, fast food.
Hmmm.... No one answered the drive thru, went to an aisle, no one answered the menu board. Eventually, Got someone else's order to pay for (we didn't). Went to another aisle, finally answered after 10 minutes. We asked for minis, the display said mediums. We requested the fix, they didn't answer, and were left paying for mediums. The blasts arrived 15 minutes later, partial melted. Great use of 45 minutes for ice cream. As a long time customer of sonic, this place is a disgrace....
Just got a slush that had ice only on the top 10%. The ice cream machines were out of order. Got a chicken sandwich that looks like it was made yesterday. This place is aweful.
We first parked at a parking spot to order, which the speaker didn't work, so we went through the drive thru. Seeing the car before us leave without ordering, we pulled forward but no one came to the speaker after about 5 minutes so we moved back to a different parking spot which took almost another 5 minutes before someone took our order. The food was delicious though, just a weird experience ordering.
Tater tots were cold and #12 popcorn chicken tasted old.. slush was watered down and blasts were poorly mixed.. also took about 30 minutes to get the food.
If you want a drink make sure you ask for no ice. Filled to the brim with ice took 3 sips and that was all in the cup. I paid for a large and got 3 sips out of it.
They were short handed, like most other businesses, but they were all friendly and helpful. Ice cream machine froze up and quit working so they were able to substitute a milk shake for me with my approval. Very good crew
