It’s food good but some of the workers need to learn how to get the order right
I was early to drive thru for lunch,time finally hit 1030am was at order area,lady says they are turning over for lunch,took seemed like 10 mins but was probably more of 5 mins,person doesn't seem to be able to hear wel for taking order,lets say I was aggravated by time is was done with taking order, but got correct order and was on my way out fast as I could ,buh by for this time McDs
Very very slow on more than one occasion. Fast food should not take over 10 minutes. And the food was cold!
Yet again, a Descher location has cold food and a messed up order. I have never been a single time to a Descher location where both of those have not simultaneously been a factor. I've even specifically asked, please make this fresh, they say they will and it never is. I'm tired of reaching out to their customer satisfaction woman, who always is nice and sends food replacement business cards - which sometimes still come out wrong. I just can't go to their locations anymore, so over it.Tldr: Go to a Descher's locations if not fresh messed up orders is what you want.
This location was rather busy at the time. Took a minute to be able to order through the drive-thru after waiting on line. Went kinda skimpy on the mac sauce and the fries needed some salt, BUT it was all fresh and out in a timely manner. Best McDonald's I have been to in a while.
Everyone here is rude. Like I've had the worst experience here. Pull up and try to order my food and the girl in the drive thru was on the phone and and rushing everything. Person giving us our food almost put our drink in our car before we could grab it. I don't ever put bad reviews on here but I won't be back, ever.
I stop at many McDonald's since downloading their app.most are fast and accurate. Food is pretty standard. Mostly pickup at drive through but sometimes I'll use curbside. Depends on length of drive through line.
I have been on this Earth for over 42 years and have had many experiences with many fast food restaurants. But if you want to wait 30 minutes being the 3rd vehicle in the drive thru just to hear that they only accept cash today and only have tea and water, well this is the place for you! Then check this out. They then DO NOT TAKE YOUR ORDER. Why? Because there is NO ONE IN LINE WAITING TO GET FOOD!! But there sure are employees outside not doing anything. Just lines of cars with zero cars by the pick up window. Never seen anything like it. It was the ultimate team effort of "we couldn't care any less about the people in line". If anyone wants to see how to be the absolute worst in customer service, drop by this location. They have mastered the art like no other that I have ever seen in any city or state. Keep up the horrible work McDonalds on Lorraine. You are the kings of absolute trash service.
Drive through was slammed and they wouldn't let me use my coupon at Mobile pickup so I decided to go inside and order. They were locked up. What is the deal?? And do not say Covid. Students are going to school without masks, businesses are open everywhere and masks are not required. Get with the program!!!!
Awful, we walked in and the lady behind the counter immediately directed us to the kiosk machine to order we got our food and i ordered my child 4pc nugget happy meal, we got a fish patty in the nugget box then we noticed we didn’t get the two pies we ordered. The staff was constantly on the phone and had people hanging out talking with the other staff. We finished and walked outside and one of the employ was sitting by the front door smoking weed with another employee. I will NEVER go back to this store
