I am very much confused why there was an undone paper clip at the bottom of the happy meal box I ordered this evening. Had it been directly given to the child before inspection there could have been an accident.
I go through drive-thru and order my usual, a number 7 no pickles (2 cheese burgers) then ordered a 10 piece nugget with 5 extra sweet and sour cause I love it and they know me, and I didn’t get 1 of my cheeseburgers and NON of my sauces
Garbage service, 25 mins in drive thru. Multiple employees at each window talking. Still messed up a simple order!
Sat 15 minutes or longer in the drive threw waiting on 2 chicken nugget kids meals at 11pm at night. One car ahead of me. A bit ridiculous. Only reason for 3stars instead of one is the kid at the window was nice and the food was hot thankfully. Still too long to wait at a "fast food" restaurant during slow hours.
They completely screwed my order up and when I went back workers were sitting on counter and had a horrible attitude. Ordered fries no salt gave fries with salt and said oh well. Ask for mayo to be added to burger. Not done and gave me a mayo pack and pretty much said add your own.
Slowest location on the planet! Every time you can depend on a 25-30 minute wait in the drive thru line, BEFORE your order is even taken. It’s not a one time oh something good happened and we got backed up thing. It’s EVERY.SINGLE.TIME.
5 cars left and its not even closing time in the drive thru and you tell everyone they closed. After people is waiting 5-7 mins at a time for an order, slow service and this ain’t the first time they have done this, a Friday Night when its busy out.
This is a large iced coffee the cashier was confused told me that caramel Machiatos were only frozen he rang up a medium & when I showed him my cup was a small he pointed to the medium. On the cup. My order number was 475 a small caramel machismo frozen & a cinnamon roll. It's obviously a small & the cashier was rude!
Treats ppl like dogs, working the employees to where they no longer want to work there. 11$ for management are you kidding me....... telling employees that their job is more important than their kids hahahahaha this place is a joke for the customers and employees.
Waited 30mins for pickup n was told I had picked it up.when I showed them my reciept it took another 15mins for r hem to get it right 25.90 and had this much aggravation NOmore
