Of course very busy location for breakfast walking in. Drive thru was very busy. This location has a Kiosk menu you can look at menu items and pick and choose and special order your food.So I went with a traditional egg McMuffin but no cheese. Also was able to pay and then just pick up my food. And that’s what I got it took A McMuffin with no cheese. It took a little while but like I said they were slammed.
So this location leaves alot to be desired. They aren't very clean from the bathroom where you search for toilet paper to the front sitting area where each table has crumbs and residue. The floors are slippery and the staff is just trying to keep up with the high volume of customers. Get them some help!!!
Absolutely disgusting, if the dining room and bathrooms are in terrible shape, I could only imagine what the BOH looks like. ? The employees are lazy and couldn't get the drive thru orders correct. Watched one employee give a man the wrong order and the employee literally ran after this man's truck bc he realized his mistake after trying to give the order to another vehicle.
I would give this a one star if i could i went and i asked for a bacon egg biscuit and they gave me an bacon egg biscuit but their was only have an egg and also i asked for a sweet tea and they gave unsweetened tea its not that hard to pour sweet tea
They make you do your order on the kiosk if you eat inside and you get a ticket they scan at the register kinda confusing and of course they still got the order wrong. Just know you're getting what you get and don't try to have it your way
Made me lose my child support card manager was rude an inconsiderate they gave me a large cup of ice with noooo lid. Corporate refused to give me his name wanted me to go back up to store and talk with manager after manager called police on me
I just got home with a hot and spicy that was raw PINK!! This location sucks every single time I go here there is a problem my whole meal today sucked my boyfriends hamburger was dry the fries was cold and chicken nuggets were hard I wouldn’t recommend this place they are slow as Christmas too!
Possibly consistently the worst McDonald's drive thru in America.I'm new to the area and I've given this particular McDonald's many chances, this being the last.There were only two cars ahead of me yet, and I timed it 12 minutes before someone finaly took my order, which was an app order to begin with.Then another 8 mins until I recieved my order.Had it not been for the fact that I had already paid thru the app I would have driven away like the many cars behind me did.Not only did I have to wait an unnecessarily long time but to make matters worst, as the picture shows The Big Mac t I ordered was made incorrectly.Hey but at least I got to watch the employees playing on their cellphones.1 all beef patty, special sauce, no pickles, no onions , tons of lettuce on a sesame seed bun.
The morning crew here at this McDonalds is awesome and the frappes I order are incredible!!!However....that all changes when the afternoon and evening crew come in....I do not go there except in the morning because the people in there after 3pm are horrible.....the manager and crew are disrespectful and their language is bad.I couldn't believe that a McDonalds manager acted that way to the customers.....I can't understand how she got to a manager position....they must be really short on employees and these people make the good crew and manager look bad.Im going up there to get a frappe and I will include the managers name and the employee that were so disrespectful to me and another customer.This has happened more than once and I believe that I need to speak up and let this be known.I don't usually leave bad reviews because it harms business but this is unavoidable and needs to stop ? I really hope that McDonald's handles this before it happens to more and more people.I do not believe for one minute that this hasn't happened to anyone else......however if I need anything from McDonald's other than when the morning crew is there then I'll kindly go to one of the other restaurants around the area.
Went last week around 10:30 pm and was told they didn’t have ANY fried foods. Only hamburgers. They got my order wrong and I called them and they were supposed to write my name down for a free combo. Went by around 5 pm today and the manager on duty was rude as hell. We got told we needed a receipt. Will not go back to this one. And this was on a weekend they had no fried foods. (Saturday)
