We pull up for breakfast through the drive threw. We came to the second window no one charged us. Went to the second window. We asked if we can order an extra tea she said we would have to go around and order again. That was fine no big deal but She then handed the food which was not our order. She closed the window and we waited for her to open it. I told her we were missing our drinks. She then asked us what was our order and ask for a receipt. We told her we have not payed for our food. we asked her how much was our order and she said I don’t know. She then calls a manager she just looks at the screen and confirms our food order and She ask for the food they gave us. I thought they could not do that. After she took the food she walks away. Doesn’t say anything. the lady from the second window looks at us and we ask how much is our order and says I don’t know. We drove away and didn’t get our food. It was a bad service all the way around.
It was Tuesday afternoon when we went, it was crowded, workers were busy inside kitchen, nobody on the counter to attend Cash orders, those who ordered already complaining about waiting for an hour, one of the customer not happy with the service and arguing with staff,It was pretty lively! I guess it must've been a rush hour ?!Should've gone to BK instead ?!(The staffs were very busy, it's not their fault, they're understaffed i guess)
I had a curbside pickup, I waited for 40 minutes. I called and it rang and rang, and it hung up on me. Tried two more times and the phone was disconnected. After going in, not one employee looked at me or tried to help me. The kind customer tried helping me out to get someone attention, but nope. The five people that passed me did not help. In the end had to leave without my food because I was going to be late to work. Very very upset. Unsure if I’ve been refunded
Literately someone took a bite out of my hot cakes. They did not care or apologize.
I ordered 2 hot and spices/ 2 mcdoubles. I got my receipt at 10:09 and was told to pull up. While I was waiting, 7 cars received their food before I did. Once I finally received my food at 10:28, it was cold. That means there shouldn't have been any reason I was told to wait other than the fact that I was in my Navy uniform.
The worst experience I have ever had with a fast food restaurant. Ordered a 10 piece nugget to wait for 30 min due to the staff goofing off & being rude to everyone that walked in. Also, employees were going outside to smoke & coming back in to fix customers food without washing their hands. I will never give them my business again!
SLOW service, indifferent staff. Ordering kiosk out of paper, so no one has receipts nor order numbers. Shared info with young person behind counter...... no action taken. Waiting 10 minutes for nugget meal. Sorry, you guys are failing.
10 employees, maybe 1 was interested in my satisfaction. Order was skipped and was wrong when I received it. Just as many others were. Not blaming employees but shame on McDonalds for letting it-get that way.
The staff was disgusting, he spat out the window right outside of my car (drivers identified window while it was down) didn't even attempt to close the boxes to my happy meals handing me two open boxes , the other staff was told about an issue and did not handle it . So much I returned my food and got a refund for my $38 order and went home. Worst experience ever going there I'll never go back.
The food was cold and the girls was serving up hair,hair was every where they had no hair nets on a law suit waiting to happen. Shaking my head at the flagrantly display of hair around food. Never again thanks but no thanks!
