Not sure if we came at bad timing, but service was very slow. We waited over 10 minutes for a kidmeal and quarter pounder meal. Flies everywhere. Food just waiting on the counter for over 10 minutes for curbside with people digging around for their own food. Our order was wrong, which put us another wait. Most drinks out and they said they were not fixing it at that time. Would not return.
The food is as expected for a McDonald's. It's fair enough. The wait time varies from average to sometimes longer than expected wait times, especially at night when you would think they would be faster since there aren't many customers usually. The staff is made up of mostly teen-aged or just out of high school aged girls who have behaved very unprofessional and even plain rude while I have been in the store ordering food at various times arguing at the register with each other over work responsibilities and treating me and other customers like we weren't even there and then speaking to customers, including myself, in a very rude and childish and unprofessional manner.
I was given this and told, “it’s just the grease.” They refused to remake it, saying “it’ll be the exact same.” They gave me a choice to get something else or get my money back. I got my money back. I want to know how in the world they are going to keep serving that to people and then also not fix the grease if that was the real problem. I was in complete shock. I’m 36 years old and have literally never experienced anything like that at Mcds. All our other food was perfect. At least my boys were able to eat their food.
This McDonald's upkeep is disgusting.The floor was filthy this morning at time the 6:15 a.m.when I pulled the manager aside to let her know.she simply told me she wasn't able to clean it yesterday night.Here it is a whole new day and paying customers have to see filth.????
Probably the worst McDonalds on the Gulf Coast. The service is always slow. The food is either cold, dry, or tastes of old grease. I’m not sure why the owners have not intervened here. The Descher family has lost their standards, and this particular McDonalds is brand damaging.
Order is correct 65% of the time but the attitude is terrible. You’re waiting for several minutes and no one even thinks to say “hey it’ll be just one second” customer service is lacking and that is something I’m big on. I rather my order be wrong but have great customer service.
They don't train the cashier to take the cheese off the cheese burger. So if you don't want cheese you have to pay for everything separate and can't just get a meal deal. They need to bring back hamburger meals or take the cheese burger meals off. just to be fair.... I shouldn't have to pay 8 dollar for a 6 dollar meal because I don't want cheese. Tell McDonald's not everyone likes cheese if they can take it off the fish they can take it off the burger. Then I had to wait till the female waited on the next customer and asked for my cup. I asked for ketchup and go figure they don't have it. She didn't say they were out she said they don't have it.
I went there twice in one night. The employees weren’t really doing anything and they didn’t have gloves on. We waited about 15 mins to get the food had to walk out the second time. They were rude also, they didn’t care. The place was disgusting trash everywhere nothing was clean. They should be rated a 0 because they were so bad. When I called to complain the manager was acting like he didn’t know what was going on and he was sarcastic, I hung up. One of the girls was rubbing her eyes and touching the food. No one give them service DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Waited 15 minutes after ordering to get our food. They forgot our filet of fish sandwiches. Fries were cold. By the time we got the filet of fish, all food was cold.Should have been a much better experience.
