I love this restaurant! There food and customer service is the best! I am thankful for their support to Harrison Central High School Band Program.
The staff at this location were the BEST I've experienced anywhere else!!! Food was delicious as always but was much more impressed with our service!!!!! Great job 4/14/22
I am usually a huge McAlisters fan I have the app and everything but this is what they gave me and called it a Black Angus club and had the audacity to charge me $10 for this. If this is the type of service you guys are going to produce there then maybe there should be some training or something waiting on a call back from the main office the store never answered the phone. Horrible horrible horrible experience today I hope they can make it right otherwise I might miss them!!
Good food but the ordering system takes so getting used to. Vegan chili is very good. The sandwiches are hearty, no skimping on the filling.
The restaurant only had 3 employees that day but the service was excellent and the food came out fast as if they had a full staff. The manager and other two ladies working that day deserve a pat on the back and a raise for not letting the standards for McAlisters go slack due to a lack of help. They worked like a well oiled team and I commend them for their service and still smiling and not even looking stressed.
Got the entirely wrong meal delivered. Wasn't my driver's fault, it was my info on the order receipt. I called to let them know and they hung up on me. I called twice more, and every time they hung up when I told them I received the wrong food. TRASH business with trash employees. Luckily Uber eats refunded my entire order. Dodge this place, they're garbage.
We have been ordering French dip sandwiches here for years, however today was the last time. We picked up an order placed online and after driving 45 minutes.to get the order, they forgot the Augus. A ffrench dip sandwich with nothing to dip the sandwich in is worthless to most educated people. We called the manager to complain but he said the French dip sandwich doesn’t come with augus to dip the French dip sandwich in. It was like talking to a marsh in. I asked for a refund but he refused. I will cut this short because I suspect you see what kind of a dump this place has turned into.
Poor service and poor quality. Had to call three times before I could order without being disconnected. They were out of several things. My order was wrong, and my drinks were not marked so we had to guess which drink was which.
This place is nice, it's like fast food in a very fresh way. Staff was friendly and know the menu, helped when needed and no add extra. I'll be back!!!
