The ice cream looked grate and the workers where vary nice
If I could have given a zero, I would have. We entered the store and we were the only customers in the store. Two employees were there and they made eye contact but never spoke a word. We waited 5 minutes and nothing. We left the store and bought nothing. What horrible service!!

If I were reviewing ice cream only- 5 STARS. This is my favorite ice cream place hands down. However, the staff are consistently miserable and unwilling to do the bare minimum. They were out of lids and didn’t inform us, so when my husband ordered a shake with whip cream on top he was handed an overflowing messy shake and was stared at by the staff as if it was our problem now. We asked for a lid and they shrugged and said they were out. The staff has been this way the last 3-4 times we have gone and it’s really disappointing
Still an amazing place to come get some personalized ice cream. The new remodel has made it clean and bright, and the staff is really nice and friendly. Been coming to this location for years, and honestly I feel like with each year, it gets better and better. From milkshakes to cakes and all the stuff in the middle, this place will satisfy any ice cream craving!
The workers didn’t wear gloves during the entire Covid breakout. They have horrible management. They are hiring teenager to mange teenager. Belittling people and overall have a terrible customer service. Plus they pay the workers terribly. I can’t support any business that treats its workers less than because I don’t want them spitting in my food because they mad at the manager. Also they fire people for reasons that they won’t fire other people for. Honestly their is a favoritism system and I won’t be coming back anytime soon whatsoever.

Wonderful homemade ice cream and cookies
this place was nasty not clean at all, bathrooms were nasty and people took to long o give me my ice cream, waited for 20 minutes before anyone asked me what I wanted.
I can see that you've posted on Facebook that you're temporarily closed, but what about people who don't follow every single franchise on Facebook? When I Google the name, it says you're open on Google. We live out of town, so it would be great to know whether you're closed before we make the trip, without having to check social media. I'm going to submit an edit that says you're temporarily closed (because it's pretty easy) and hopefully someone approves it.
