Their online ordering system is terrible, it charged my card four times but never went through to IHOP. I had to go in and wait thirty minutes for my food after ordering in person. From there the waitress and cook had a competition on who was worse by forgetting my side of hash browns. The cook didn’t want to open the hollandaise sauce so he didn’t add it to my dry omelette, also missing tomatoes, jack cheese, and onions on the spinach omelette I ordered from their menu that specifies the ingredients. Just overall disappointed.Had to go back but got my meal replaced for free.
I love eating on IHOP, is a great taste and make to order eggs, great place, but this particular one took over an hour to give me me To-Go order correct, I had to came back and requests the extra plate they missed.Terrible service, and I even understand they might be understaffed but there’s people leaving that cane after me…
enjoyed our breakfast and server. They were very short staffed They were out of biscuits so I moved it down to a 4 but everything else was good. Regained our faith in ihops
Worst ihop I ever been to. The restaurant was disgusting and the bathroom was filthy. We waited for a table and they never called our number. When we asked the lady behind the counter started to get loud and said it was called. When my wife said my husband was sitting right next to the lady calling the numbers she said that I must have been deaf. My wife who is battling stage 4 cancer has the employe with a noise ring say on the counter and got in her face and said I want to make sure she could everything my wife could say. I’ll never be back to this location again. We own a summer house out here and we’ll make sure to take our business sometime else.
My wife loves IHOP. This time it was very fast . The place was well staffed. Everyone was so very nice. Our server went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we asked. We were in and out in 30 minutes.
Went for brunch after Church. They were very busy. But very professional about managing the wait. Courtney was our server and I can't speak highly enough about her service! I had the Spicy Poblano Fajita Burrito & Bowl, my wife had the 2 X 2 X 2 combo, and my mother-in-law had a Belgian ?? waffle. Courtney knew the menu well and helped us with our choices. It seemed as if all her other tables were happy as well. She was really hustling, as it was super busy. But she never sacrificed service or accuracy. The kitchen did a great job with our meals which came out, timely, cooked-to-order, and delicious. Even had sugar-free syrup for my diabetic mother-in-law. Nicely done IHOP!!!
This place has come a LONG way over the years. It's clean and doesn't have a moldy smell anymore. The food was cooked well, came out correctly, and our server was really nice and got her job done. I'm really impressed with how well they've changed for the better!
The taste of the food was good, but a little on the dry side. Also was not very warm when arrived at the table. Our waitress was friendly enough but extremely forgetful. Had to ask more than once for things and then she would forget.
Me an my mother had brunch there today. An the experience was horrible. The waitress we had was rude an didn't even try or care to wait on us. She had a rude attitude toward my mother. And all my mother needed was more coffee. She didn't refill any of our drinks an treated us horrible. My mother spoke to the Manager and explained how horrible this waitress is and was. He gave my mom's meal on the house and got us another waitress. The other waitress was great, her name was Hope. And she treated us the way your suppose to treat people. The food is good but the service today with that bad waitress made the experience terrible. I really hope she gets what she deserved. After that she doesn't need a job. She should be washing dishes. Not dealing with people.
This IHOP is open 24 hours. Very courteous staff.Clean bathrooms.Special ordered a menu item custom made it was excellent!!!! Of course they do pancakes and they were very tasty.So if you haven’t visited an IHOP in decades visit this one excellent excellent!
