Went to try some delicious ice cream rolls, was super excited getting my daughter completely undone from her car seat… Smiling as the open sign brightly greeted us. However, our dreams were shattered into 1 million pieces when we got to the door and could not open it. Because it was locked. At 2 PM, on a Friday. What seems to be the hottest day of the spring, and they were closed for whatever reason. Very disappointed
Wanted to get an ice cream with my wife and daughter. Decided to try this place. Very disappointed. The ice cream was okay, not great. There was zero emotion from the workers behind the counter. The menu boards were both turned off, so you had to order from a sheet of pictures at the register with no description. I ordered two ice creams, and the total came to $19 and some change. Keep in mind, there's no prices anywhere to be seen. Then, after paying 19 dollars for two ice creams, the worker had the audacity to ask for a tip. I'm sorry, but there was no emotion and no customer service provided by the two employees, and at that price for ice cream, I hope to God they're at least being paid decent wages, but I highly doubt it. Avoid this place if you can. Drive the extra 15 mins to one of the mom and pop ice cream shops down in long Beach.
Too bad I couldn’t decorate my backyard hibachi birthday celebration party like I wanted… you all were 45 min Late (notified me 20 min before you were due to arrive that you all were going to be late)..and I had to hurry to put table cloths on and couldn’t put my chair covers on… on top of that, you all still charged me full price. .. I was very dissatisfied. The 2 young hibachi chefs made things a little better. But you all did not arrive at the time you agreed upon. I couldn’t put any of my decor on the table because as we tried too, the chefs were already starting the grill. I’m n top of that, they did NOT assist of even tried to assist with setting the cloths, chair covers , table toppers for the tables/chairs!! They walked the tables and chairs into my yard, and started the grill. Not allowing myself or my family to set up. My family and friends were pretty excited about using this company for future business. After seeing how I was treated and how unprofessional they were on my special day, they refuse to do business with them. Thank God my family kept my spirits up.
Today 11/10 we went to Sweet Rolls ice cream. With a nice welcome to start our experience to them answering questions. Luke and Matt were very informative and very knowledgeable. They gave opinions and told us about the popular ice cream. It was pretty good. One of my kids said "this is the best ice cream ever, that guy (Luke) is my favorite" (he made his ice cream)! Thanks a bunch we will be back!
Arrived 30+ min before closing and sitting area closed ...AND restroom! Sorry this upset me. Ice cream was good.

Ice cream was fine. Weirdly they wouldn't let my son use their restroom even though the store was still open for another hour.*edit* this was weeks ago.
Hibachi take out was ok. It is definitely overpriced! Do yourself a favor and go to a sitdown Hibachi restaurant for these kind of prices! Charging $7 extra dollars for Filet Mignon is definitely not good business practice!
Absolute must have on a hot Mississippi day!!! Ingredients seem to be high quality.
