Well Felix's restaurant was great. The view alone was worth it. I ordered deep fried shrimp and oysters. The food was not the greatest. The breading was very spicy and the oysters were almost cold on the inside. I like my oysters cooked. I did not complain. Our waitress was great. Food came fast. It was a very warm day but the breeze off the Gulf was great. My husband had a prime rib sandwich and he said it was delicious. We would definitely go again.
Disappointed is an Understatement. Service was off by Our Server therefore having to Attend to Our needs Ourselves through other Staff . Food portions Very Small for the Price . $ 55 for A Meal for (2) plus A Tip Because I felt Bad for The Server. We Should have had Better Service. Food Not His Fault. And Us Being From New Orleans and Living on the Gulf Cost Now Not A Good Representation of Our N.O. Culture . Food Cold and Not Even Close to N.O. Food . . Sorry ... But I'm A One and Done as Much as I hate to Say it . I very seldom leave a Negative Review . Best Regards , Gary

The food was great! The server was very nice. I think she had about 10 tables she was waiting on. We waited for 30 minutes to pay out. Don’t go here for a quick bite.
Good service. Ceiling fans cooled food down with-in minutes.
Food was great, service was very slow. Our waiter was very inattentive. He seemed more concerned with chatting with other people than actually waiting on our table. He ore than once forgot something we’d ordered or requested. The other wait staff more than once checked on us due to his lack of service. That said, the chargrilled oysters were fantastic. The shrimp scampi was also really good. The view & the atmosphere were also super nice.
Geaux for the shrimp and grits! The shrimp are large deveined and completely peeled gulf treats! The crab dip appetizer is excellent as well. The live music was a treat also.
The shrimp and grits are excellent with jumbo shrimp that are completely peeled. You can tell the chef used shrimp stock made from the heads and shells. The grits were creamy and just the right amount of spice in the sauce!

Food was good! Kid's menu is limited but they are kid friendly! The drinks are delicious and if you come between 4-6 for happy hour all drinks that start with Felix are 50% off! We ordered the wagyu cheeseburger, shrimp poboy, and seafood platter.
