I thoroughly enjoyed their tacos! Will definitely be going back for more.
I came here hoping to get some good Mexican food. I got the three street tacos with rice and beans. The rice was hard, it was old and had been sitting there for a while. The beans were aight, nothing special and the tacos would have been real good had they at least TRIED to cut some of the fat off the meat before serving it up. Complete waste of money. Look, I absolutely love some Mexican street tacos. It's my favourite thing to eat but here lately every time I get Mexican street tacos from anywhere it's got a TON of fat on the meat. Makes me not want to eat it from anywhere anymore. This is the second time I have tried this place out and both times I wasted my money because I couldn't eat the food. And they didn't have what I went there to get in the first place, which was a Chimichanga. Their Biloxi location advertises it but they answered their phone then told me to hold and never came back so I could place an order so I came here instead, thinking they'd have the same menu. Nope. Not so.
I had their steak po boy. It was fantastic. Can't wait to try some of their other dishes. Not your typical Mexican restaurant. Highly recommend.
Fast service and good food. Wish they had more authentic Mexican food though. Could have ate some tripas!
Don't go here their tacos are awful (fall off the bone good), the horchata has too much honey, the kitchen dirty (with a mean clean streak), and the beer warm (enough to make you want 2). Definitely don't go to the bakery next door either.
Changing my 5 star review to a 2 star. They say their open until 8pm. That is not true they close whenever they want. Just went there at 745 doors were locked, the lady cook looked at me with her hands in the air. I have ate there on average once a week for the last 4 years and will never go back this is not the first time. I'm a business owner and NEVER CLOSE BEFORE THE HOURS OF OPERATION THATS IS POSTED.
SO GOOD. Whenever I see Barria I have to get them. The sauce served with it is spicier than other restaurants, which is a good thing! They load the tacos down with meat & a good amount of cheese. It's perfect balance! I wish I would've taken photos because the presentation was lovely even in Togo plates! The ladies do a great job & so sweet. We know where we'll be eating when we come to the coast every so often.Oh and then we got dessert next door at the bakery. The tres leches cake is the best, of course! The chicken street tacos was so good. I can't handle both tortillas. But loved the flavors of the chicken.
Great authentic Mexican food and friendly quick service. Will definitely be coming here again!!
