The donuts were marginal and the chicken biscuit was poor. Not impressed at all.
I love Dunkin, but this particular location is absolute garbage….down to the employees. I ordered strawberry sprinkled donuts on the mobile app & when I picked them up, they were cold and without sprinkles. When I asked where the sprinkles were, I was told that they weren’t putting sprinkles on them right now. The drive thru employee’s attitude was just so nonchalant and disgusting. Honestly they all need to be fired and replaced with people who are capable and actually want to do their jobs.
Ordered a medium energy cold brew, she handed me a hot coffee told her it's suppose to be iced. She took it back, came back handed it back to me. All they did was serve the hot coffee over ice. Dunkin management This is not a energy Cold brew. Ordered a avocado roasted tomato toast and got some kinda pesto sandwich ? Not busy at all just plain lazy employees! So now I'm drinking my Luke warm coffee and the sandwich is going straight to the trash can.
Went to this location today and ordered the drink i always get. Got told they couldn’t mix the 2 refreshers together even though it was a dunkin employee that showed me the drink. We told the girl that we would even pay for a second drink and she said no. She obviously doesn’t care about her job that much. The drive thru girl was very rude to start off with and we were being patient. i’m never going back here. the service was just awful and they rather argue then actually put an order in.
Most of these reviews seem negative but I stopped in on a whim at 6:30p.m. on a Wed. (4/20/22) and, even though they make them walk out the door @ closing (8 pm) with no time to clean up, the place was immaculate, the coffee was Fresh (my biggest concern) and the staff was polite and upbeat. There was a very limited selection, due to it being the slow time for them, but they did what they could and I was glad I stopped. I think people don't always realize that the employees are between a rock and a hard place when their employer's policies aren't always what's best for the customer. This girl was great, and I'll be going back for sure.
I normally never come to Dunkin but I was in Gulfport so I decided to try something different. The employees just seemed downright rude honestly. I’m real big on customer service and I unfortunately this place doesn’t have it. The coffee was pretty good though.
Went to this location for the first and last time a week ago. Ordered a 1/2 dozen donuts at 8 am and they were crammed and smooshed in a small bag. The girl who took my order wasn’t outright rude but she wasn’t nice either. I felt like I was bothering her. They were dry and tasted like they were old. I ended up throwing some away. Not good at all.
If they open at 5 am and I place an order at 5:45, you would think the donuts would be fresh and hot. They were cold and some were definitely not fresh. I ordered 1 dozen on the app but got charged for 2. The lady at the drive thru acted like she hates her job and did not want to be there and I was basically rushed off when I said I only ordered one dozen. I didn't fight it because I had somewhere to be. I gave 2 stars to be nice.
I come to this Dunkin almost everyday for the same thing. Recently there has been a new Manager “Tiffany” for nights and tonight she was completely rude. The first young lady asked if I was ready to order I told her hold on one second because I was on the phone. Seconds later the manager comes and tries to rush me to order saying they are short staffed and had things to do, I then again told her to please hold on. She then starts getting more upset and threatens to call the police and told me I wasn’t getting anything. All the other staff are friendly and very helpful so I hate to give a bad review but after tonight I felt it was needed
Zuri she was rude in yesterday when I came in the other cashier yesterday when I bought his Dunkin cups guys they let me put my drink in there and today she wouldn’t she’s very rude and not very pleasant at all I don’t think she should be a cashier because cashier should have good customer service not rude customer service and not rude to customers that didn’t do anything to her I had a pleasant day yesterday coming in but not today I don’t think I’ll come back if she’s a cashier again
