You can't beat Domino's mix it deal. $6 each item including two topping pizzas cheesy bread and desserts.

The young guy at the window tonight was not very helpful and had terrible customer service skills!! Someone should teach him how to treat customers if he's going to work the drive thru!!

Called in order at 3:05pm, 7/08/22. Ordered medium Philly cheesesteak and medium Meatzzza. Picked up from window 15 minutes later. Philly pizza had no veggies on it, only steak pieces . Meatzza had no pepperoni, no ham, 7 pieces of sausage( ordered 2 extra toppings of sausage). Cost was $35.82. Young lady who took my order was very pleasant but very hard to understand. Could tell she was referring to printed scrip. Have ordered these identical pizzas previously and they were outstanding. Had to be restaurant staffs fault.

Very upset with the customer service at the Lorriane rd store in Gulfport, Ms. I ordered two pizza's tonight 5/13 at 851pm. It took a while for it to be on its way, which is understandable. I live 4 mins away though! At 934pm, the tracker said my pizza was delivered. I was waiting at my door when the tracker said the Deliver (Dylan) was on his way. 4 mins!! Then my app said the pizza was delivered. I wait about 3 mins before I called the store. I spoke to Rosa and explain I haven't received my order and the app said it was delivered. She passed the phone to a man which didn't give his name. He apologized and stated the guy had two orders on the route that I should receive my order with in a few mins. I began to tell him that the app said delivered over ten minutes ago. I live 4 mins away. So I waited another 25 minutes without seeing or hearing nothing! I called the store again to cancel my order 10:05pm. The girl (Rose) didn't apologized and told me that my refund should be back in my account 3-5 bisness days. I asked should be or will be? I really can't believe it take 3-5 days for a refund. FYI, good customer service would have A: apologized and said we will take care of you, the deliverer must of made and error and we will put you on top of our list as priority and get that pizza to you immediately and we will give you a half refund or maybe a free drink or something Or B: I'm really sorry about the mix up. Can I refund you and offer a free pizza for another date. But I wasn't offered anything, I was told a lie about the another order being on the route. A four minute drive from the store to my home! As a Store Team Leader of a Retail store myself, I understand staffing issues if this may have been the problem? BUT, Domino's needs to teach their employees how to handle situations like this. And basic customer service skills.

Always courteous and my orders have been perfect. Never had anything untoward and my orders have been ready when they say they will be. Lorraine Road Dominos does not disappoint.

The was was good and the young man was so nice.. I wish I had gotten his name so he could get his credit...

I love the food! The employees are wonderful. My delivery driver was great. Here is what I don’t like…. I use to enjoy ordering prior to getting home so I would arrive just prior to the pizza. Well now I am no longer in their delivery area. I do not understand why this has happened, but it’s awful. I placed an order today to pick up but I fear I will have to order pizza from the restaurant that does deliver to my address. It’s a sad day.

Dustin is absolutely AMAZING!! I watch to see if they let me know that Dustin is making my order. I know he always, ALWAYS makes my order to PERFECTION! I don't even know him and I love him!! Lol!!???????

They leave out main ingredients on the pizza like every time.
