Always have to warm up pizza in microwave upon delivery. Usually takes about an hour for delivery the same this order unfortunately this is the only pizza delivery in this area
I called to order pizza and after they confirmed that they deliver to base and took my order for a pizza, they decided that they could not deliver 2.2 miles to navy base. I see their cars on base daily, but maybe since it was after 9pm they wouldn’t deliver anymore?? Not a huge problem, but consistency is important. Communicating is important.
Found pasta dish I like. The man at window was very polite and professional. I will go back.
This is by far the worst Dominos in all of the Gulfport/Biloxi area. Their service is slow, their staff is rude and they give you false timelines of when you can expect your order to be ready for pick up/delivery. If I could give it less than 1 star I would. I used the Dominos app to place an order for Delivery and it said my order was being prepped for over 30 minutes. I called the store directly to get a status and come to find out they hadn’t even begun to prep my order. I don’t usually post bad reviews, but at this point I felt it necessary to let people know to not waste your time with this location. Complete failure.
It’s been 2 hours since we placed an online order and we still haven’t received our delivery order. I understand being short staffed but this is unacceptable. I’m currently on hold with the store tryin to get an update but of course they aren’t answering the phone. Dominos get yo folks. This is ridiculous!!
Dominoes. 25th ave just told me at10:24 they weren't taking anymore orders until they were caught up on there end..they dont close until 1am..i said so i guess i dont get to eat....
Manager there was completely rude because I was trying to use a promo code I'm also 8 months pregnant with a 9 year old son

That was rude unprofessional one of the employees hang up on me seven times they don't give you a chance to say anything from management to employees at this shift 235 pm some of the employees texting on the phone making making the food when they feel like
We ordered at 5:46. At 6:30 I called to check on the status of my order and was told it was in the oven. I called back at 7, and was again told it was in the oven. When I asked to speak with a manager, she informed me that my pizzas hadn't even been made yet. I cancelled my order and I really don't care how many of those "We didn't do good enough" emails I get from Dominos with a half off coupon, I will not be ordering again.
