Usually has good food. Had the French onion soup this time. Almost choked when this went halfway down my throat. I asked the waiter if he knew what it was and his response was "yeah, we put that in the French onion soup". So they know there are choking hazards in it but no warnings or remorse. Also they need to rethink the decor. I was blinded by sunlight no matter where I sat. They are right off the water, which is beautiful, but when the sun is reflected on the water it hurts your eyes and they have no shades or tint on the windows. Every wall is decorated with mirrors so it is reflected back in your eyes no matter where you are seated.

Would not recommend this place ordered 2 plenty bacon sandwiches and fries. Plate came out hot but food was cold bacon was old and tasted funny. Fries seemed like the were sitting in window forever and were not cooked all the way for a casino restaurant was totally disgusting. Would never eat at Dockside deli ever again!!!

We love eating here. The view is fantastic, service is good, food is good. Recently we went and got our normal food, delicious cheeseburger and French dip with a side salad, which we always split. We asked for blue cheese and ranch on the side like we always do and they balked, then came back and said they could only do one dressing on the side. Then they said that if we had gotten two on the side, that rules were broken and then said that we would have to pay if we wanted another dressing. We didnt ask anyone to come over to out table but a snarky manager (woman in her thirties with brown hair down to her backside) came over to our table and proceeded to tell us the rules around there. We just wanted her to go away. The dressings that are provided are smaller than most and not even big enough for the salad . It was so petty and ridiculous. She didnt solve any kind of problem (we never said there was a problem) but the whole thing was disturbing and now we really dont ever want to go there again. We go all over the place and always get the same dressings and nobody, ever, once has ever done this. I gave the restaurant 5 stars in spite of this because it was a "person" problem...not the food or the view. That really embarrassed us. Plus, when they brought my hamburger, it was burnt. Joke is on them, though because I like it that way. I posted a picture of a small salad we got at another restaurant with the typical salad dressings. We dont feel like going back there for now.

Very slow service, and the hostess was rude

My wife and I ate there twice. First time I had the chef salad which was large and had plenty of ham and turkey piled on. I actually took half of it to go for a late night snack. My wife had the Plenty of Bacon Lettuce & Tomato. She asked for the bacon to be crispy but it was burnt. They quickly brought out a plate full of bacon which was cooked perfect. The second time I had the fried chicken sandwich on a pretzel roll. The roll was scorched top and bottom. Server said that's how they always are so I got it on a hamburger bun. My wife had the hamburger which she liked.

Breakfast at Dockside is very good. Coffee is just right. Food was delicious and plentiful. You have a nice view from inside looking out into the water. It is a nice restaurant for breakfast.

Sit at my table for nearly 20 minutes and was completely ignored. Numerous waiters and waitresses passed by so I left. It was that busy either.

Servers stand around doing nothing, waitress disappears. Glasses empty, not all food delivered, had to have others chase our waitress down when there were only 5 tables with people at it. Blames others when food not delivered, but of course she never bothered to even check. Lazy and useless.

Wonderful food and service. If you like a Reuben, hands down one of the best. Plus a beautiful view.

I wish I had asked to be seated outside. I chose inside seating because the wind was blowing at 30 mph. But I noticed that there is a glass windbreak for the outside diners and no one was bothered by the wind. So now I know! My waiter was very good and he was VERY busy with lots of tables. I had the French Toast which was good and they cooked the bacon just as I requested. Clean and sleek looking with an unmatched vie, it is definitely nice for the type of restaurant it is.
