The service was excellent and would get 5 stars. Our waitress was attentive, efficient, and kind. Unfortunately, our food was terrible. The fish was soggy. The burgers charred. The loaded tots needed spices. The best thing about our meal was the side salad. The lettuce was super crunchy, so it brought the stars to 2.

Good food, but I found an egg shell in my eggs! Good customer service except for one elderly lady, who didn’t talk loud enough to hear! :-( the food is good.

Ordered the fried chicken from DoorDash and the chicken was old and hard with a side of burnt Mac and cheese. Also ordered a side of peach cobbler and the top crust was hard and burnt. So the following day I call them and they said I could exchange it for something else in which I was going to get the chicken pot pie. I had it before so I was expecting nothing less then it being up to my expectations as before. I should have checked before I left but I was just getting off work and look what they gave me! The top crust was so hard you could peel it and use it as frisbee. What I major disappointment. I will not be going back.

My family ate a late lunch there. It was crowded but we were still seated quickly. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. It took about fifteen minutes for our food and it was good. My wife has a special diet and the cook made her meal to order with no problems. I always recommend them to my friends.

We were seated quickly. Waitress was nice and polite. Food took a very long time to get. Was very slow. I order crispy bacon every time that is always a hot or miss at Cracker Barrel. Bacon is usually very floppy. Over all good good and good waitress just slow

Tried Cracker Barrel for the 1st time tonight and I have to say I’m a little disappointed because the biscuits was burnt and hard and they barely gave me any meat with my order and I had the pot roast. My mom absolutely loves this place but I can’t say the same.

Had an unsatisfactory visit today at this Cracker Barrel. Our waitress was as nice as could be, but the service was slow. Took almost 20-30 min for us to place our order and then another 45 min to an hour to get our food. Food was hit or miss with each person in our group - some was hot, some was cold. Quicker service and better communication around kitchen timelines would’ve raised this experience to a 3-4 star! But I will say…the biscuits were incredible!!!

I eat there at least 3-5 times a month. The service is ok it use to be great. We waited on our food over 30 minutes after ordering it. Never got a refill on our drinks. Had to ask multiple napkins & never received our bread. That the server bring when your seated. And so many people got there food who order after us. And then was over charged for the meal. SMH

Oh we thought because it was Easter we would be waiting forever. We were greeted by the front door signed in and we were told that they would call on our phone in 20 minutes. It was wonderful, we got to shop around brilliant and then it was time to be seated. The meal was wonderful. We had these delicious baked yams with a pecans and a sweet sauce. Country fried steaks with white gravy. Ribeye dinner, it wasn't as meal for a big hungry man. And our waitress was also very good. We tipped her 20%.
