I came here to get the chicken that Church's has always made and I have always loved but NOT TODAY And NOT ON PASS RD IN GULFPORT, MS. Church's have always cut the chicken different and that's why I've always loved getting their wings. But, whoever cut the chicken cut it the same as everyone else and I got 2 huge breasts but no wings. I ordered mixed chicken. I could've went to Popeyes and got their chicken but I wanted the wings that Church's Chicken use to always fix. I didn't get any wings! :( Also they needed to change their grease!! The chicken didn't have the nice golden crust and was disgustingly pink inside! Whoever cut up and fried the chicken did a terrible job!! It was awful and I definitely don't recommend this Church's on Pass Road in Gulfport, Ms. Go across the street to Popeyes Chicken!!
Chicken was fine...the wait in the drive thur line was ridiculous at least 20-25 minutes. We couldn't get out of line to leave because of the way the area was made.
Food is excellent but they sell out of side items and beverages too fast and would add an extra order to the one that was already previously made when ordering, over a month or 2 ago! Here at the one in Gulfport, MS.
I was so excited to see the Smokehouse back on the menu until I opened the box and saw that my chicken still had a neck. My food was so overcooked it was crunchy. Whereas it's usually noisy and full of flavor, it was inedible. It looked like a piegon. And the staff were leaning their bottoms on the counters, ones stomach was hanging out from under her clothes. I was so disappointed. And to top it off, the number on the receipt is for a store in Biloxi and there's no store in Biloxi and the store in Gulfport does not have a working number. I wish I could upload the pictures of my food. Just terrible.
They no longer have much of what of what I used to go for. Thank heaven there are some old reliable. I did not eat here went elsewhere twice thatday! Oh well,some people never learn.
Worst experience I ever had at Church's! The manager or male employee there is extremely rude! When I was giving my order, he kept rushing me to order by asking is that all after every single thing I said. I waited about 20 minutes in the drive thru only to get cold fries. I had two orders, and that got them severely confused. He said that is why they do not take more than one order at the drive thru. But when I said I have two orders you said NOTHING??? Will NEVER GO BACK! DON'T EVEN WANT THEM TO FIX ANYTHING! ?
Absolutely not the place to go to, even if it was the only place open for food services.Food cold and hard straight from the servers hand to my hand. Customer Service skills is a close for the day to teach and train everyone employed there.

I like church's but church's has been slacking when it comes to customer service. If you order original chicken and certain pieces "such as a" Breast and two wings and or legs they will throw spicy chicken in your box just to get you out of there drive through. And God for bid if it's around 8:50pm or 9:00pm they will not drop any fresh chicken at all. They will try and sell what they have instead of doing what's right and cooking fresh chicken for their customers. This has happened to me the past couple of times I have visited this church's chicken location. I've just decided to stop going all together. This location sucks ?
Loved the food and the service. I always order spicy chicken ( it's never spicy not even warm ) and churches is the only place that there's even any hint of spicy flavor! The people working at this particular location are on their A game with the food and the service!
