It's been at least 5 years since I visited this store. Store was clean and bright. Even though the stage and band are no longer, the presence of the mouse is still seen through pictures. The games are directed towards young children and this makes for a safer environment for birthday parties. The food and game prices have gone up as well. I find the pizza was better than before. Overall a definite improvement for the younger children.

Several games not working properly for months now. No excuse. Staff looks like they're not excited to be at work. Look like the kids are bothering them.. except for a couple of them. The one star is for hope. Hope u guys get yalls ish together. My son be like "dad can we go to chuck e cheese?" I be like "but why?!!" All u gone do is get disgusted after 30 minutes bc all the games you like to play are broke.
Everything was great besides the food. I got a combo to find out they were out of stock of some of the items. I made due and still ordered it. Got our food to have some COLD wings. Cold poultry is a food safety red flag. I informed the staff and explained I would just like the get other combo since they are out of the other options. She agreed and started to refund me, after she explained how I would have a pending authorization that would fall of from the original charge. Then a lady walked up in a black button up shirt saying she was the manager. She said she personally made them and they were not cold. Told me I was lying to my face. And, she will not change my order. I asked her what degree she they be cooked to? She didn't know. This was after I was told that all there wings come in precooked, so don't worry if they were cold. With the lack of food safety knowledge, questioning if she was Servesafe Certified like she in mandated to be running the business I did not eat any more food. They stood fast at not compensating the difference. Games are good, but DO NOT EAT THE FOOD!
My kids always have a blast! But a lot of the games are always out of order or not working right. I wish new games would be added to make it more fun!
I take my daughter here from time to time. The place is so boring now. They barely have games for the children to play. The olds days were much fun and live with the animatronics. Oh Chuck E new style is terrible.

it was great. my 5 year old son loves chukee. he came out scared my Lil girl but my son was dancing an playing with him. even played video games with my son. worth every penny
The staff was friendly! The facility was so neat and clean! I noticed the workers sanitizing to make sure everyone stays safe. There were hand sanitizer stations. We went for my daughter's 2nd birthday! She had a blast!! Would definitely be visiting again!
I will never go back to this location if I ever even visit another chuck e cheese. At first I thought I was feeling disappointed about the changes,but as the night went on I realized it was more. To begin with I called before going and asked some questions because I was also thinking of big play. Everything I was told that made me choose there was a lie. Chuck didn't come out when he was supposed to. Although he did come out for the birthday party he sang and interacted with the wrong child the entire time. Our host just watched him do it. And no there wasn't another party going on we were the only one so our host knew that wasn't the birthday child. The manager acted as if it was my fault cause I chose the lower package that I didn't receive the things I thought I was going too. I changed my package to the lower package based on the questions I asked. I asked if I could upgrade the birthday child to unlimited play and was told that the birthday child automatically gets unlimited play. That was not true nor could I upgrade her. I was also told that I only pay for the children that show up. That also was not true (but they did take 2 of the unused passes off). It was a terrible experience all together.
