First let me say that our server was great. But the rest of our experience was very sub par. We waited forever to be seated, with whole sections empty. We were seated next to the bar and it was piled high with dirty glasses and dishes, and no one was bartending. Our appetizer never came, and eventually we were told they were out of what we order. When I food finally came, it was over cooked and portions burned. The floor was covered in trash. We definitely regret waiting for the food, we waited so long that we discussed several times paying for our tea and leaving. We definitely won't go back.

The restaurant was not busy at all. The waiter was amazing. However there was flies everywhere. The food tasted like old oil. Everyone that ate there ended up puking sick within 2 hours of eating there. We will never eat there again.

We were seated at a minute after 1. No one came to our table for nearly 15 minutes to ask for a drink order. Once the three teas were delivered we order two of the half sandwich and soup plus our third person ordered the 6 Oz sirloin with broccoli and fries. No special orders. One bowl of soup came out almost 20 minutes later followed a good bit later by the steak and one of the half sandwiches and the other soup. By this point we were no longer eating together. After gla

The bartender was the only server. She tried her best but it was a very disappointing lunch with my grandson. When my loaded cheese fries came (it was my meal), they were barely warm and were terribly overheated or cooked. The cheese was all dried and crunchy. We ordered the fried pickles and I had to ask for those when she brought the main courses. Again, it was not entirely her fault, bc she was alone. However, I have waited tables before and I would have never served the loaded cheese fries to a customer.

The food was good and the waitress was super friendly but it took forever to get the food . I only had a salad and it took over 30 minutes to receive.

My husband was not even able to bite into his habanero chicken. It was like straight gristle he literally could not get his teeth to go into any piece except for 1. No clue what the heck was wrong with it it was horrible. Food was cold. This was our first time trying this chilis. It was a COMPLETE waste of our gift cards we got for my birthday. Broccoli tasted how a boys locker room smells salads where good and that’s about it. Medium rare steak was not seasoned and looked like a hamburger patty. Definitely not worth $19.00 . We did Togo since we live only 5 minutes away if that, but I had to put my steak on the grill because it was cold and had to season it myself.

Horrible service. Don’t recommend. Haven’t been to a Chilis in years and the service was so bad that I will not return for quite some time again. I asked the server to come to our table to order our food after waiting for 30 minutes and the sever said “your food is already going” but we never ordered. We then proceeded to ask to speak to the manager and the hostess couldn’t find the manager and didn’t look for him so I then proceeded to wait for another 10 minutes just waiting to talk to the manager. Manager didn’t have much of a resolution either. All in all. Avoid the place. Horrible service.***note on our way out 2 other couples at the tables asked for the manager and people left after waiting for 10 minutes for a hostess to show up.

I ordered through DoorDash to pick up and was told it would be ready by 7:12. I was given my food in 15min increments causing more than half my food to be cold, hard, or soggy. The location in Gulfport, MS needs to have someone from corporate to come in and fix it. Because whether you dine in or order to go the service is absolutely horrible. I knew better than to go there but I was wanting y’all Texas cheese fries and Chocolate lava cake. I spent $140 and my food wasn’t worth $5.

This place wasn't even at its busiest and no one came to the door to greet me and 2 other families. I decided to place an To Go due to being on my lunch break. I walked to the To Go area. Three people made eye contact with me didn't say anything to me. I went to the bar and asked for assistance. I was told that the To Go person will assist me. She came to the area and walked away. I then decided to leave with the other 2 families still waiting to be seated. I decided to try to call in my order and was hung upon 3 times. I understand being busy and short staff but being rude to patrons is not something I recommend doing. I did speak with the manager on duty who seemed very nice but over worked. She's the reason why I moved it from one star to two.

I ordered to-go here and did not get all my food. Since I live 30 minutes away from the location I asked if I could just pick up when I returned to the area in the next two days. I was very polite when I called and was told I could. I call back two days later and give them the name of the person who helped me which was also the same person in to-go that answered the phone two days previous when I called back to explain the missing items. SEVERAL missing items, might I add. I was then told “she’s not here and we are too busy to correct it today.” I then asked if I could speak with a manager. The person who answered the phone then reiterated “We are busy, they can’t come to the phone.” Needless to say I never received my missing items which included an entire meal, dessert, salad and appetizer. If you are doing to go and order more than one item check EVERYTHING before you drive off. Do NOT take there word for it, and to make matters worse I had even waited patiently for my order which was not finished until 30 minutes past my pick up time.
