Not a fan, waitress was condescending, not everyone in our party wanted catfish, chicken had no seasoning, hush puppies were too spicy. The decor was cute but It all felt a bit dirty. We won't be back.
I went for takeout. I ordered and I waited for over an hour and a half or so. People came and went. The old man at the counter was rude. He never addressed the issue that I was waiting so long until a kind customer said something. I thought he would show interest in fixing the problem. NOT!! Even then, he was rude as he refunded my money. Looking at the atmosphere, I took it as though he didn't want or know how to conduct business with black people. Pretty darn pitiful, because a lot of the people that patron the place was friendly. Not that he cares, but I will NEVER go to that Catfish Chatlie again!
Very unfriendly atmosphere, waitress was very nice, but other staff and other customers looked at us like what were we doing there. Food was good, but hospitality was terrible. We will never eat here again. It’s 2022 Catfish Charlie‼️

I thought Catfish Charlie's was gonna be really good, but it turned out quite the opposite. I ordered my fish dinners to go right before closing and they were over cooked. There was not one piece that was edible. They fried allllllll of the substance out of that fish. There was not one flake that was edible. I was sooooooo disappointed. Money wasted, never again!?

I love this place. The atmosphere is so unique and the food is always delicious. My only complaint is they're only open for such a short period during the weekend. Definitely recommend if you're looking for hot, fresh, crispy catfish.
Absolutely Horrible! After 1 hour of waiting for our, all you can eat catfish, they brought out ONE plate with 5 pieces of fish for two people to share. Then took another hour to receive 5 more pieces of fish. After two hours we left.When asked if everything was OK, we told them NO, and their response was "We'll have to do better next time." That's when I kindly told them there would not be a next time.They didn't ask how they could make it better. Didn't offer a discount. Didn't do anything to improve my opinion or our experience.Oh! And the food is flavorless. I had to add my own seasoning, that I carry in restaurants with me. I don't understand how people think they have good fish.... They are the worst I've ever had.
