Our server, Jae, was excellent. The kitchen made my wrap with Buffalo sauce (which makes me sick) instead of teriyaki. Jae was quick to try to make it right but ‘the manager’ wanted to discount, not remove from our ticket. I asked to see the manager, but they never came out, making Jae do all the apologies and explain they did eventually take the item off our ticket. In an effort not to waste food I had mentioned we would take the other half of the wrap home for my husband to eat later but was told ‘they won’t let us do it that way’. Management could have handled this better.
Before surgery, hubby & I were here regularly. Service has always been very good for us. You get what you give. Food has had ups & downs but coming in on one of their bogo nights & not getting the bogo special might have contributed. 1st time back since surgery & I have dietary restrictions now. I ordered kids meal of 4 wings & oranges. Server had to approve through manager which I thought was odd but I'm new to this. Hubby had cheese curd burger & loved it.

Food was good and hot. Service for pickup was good just a little slow but they were busy. They did miss a couple items on my order originally but replaced them without hassle with fresh items no charge. Not bad at all for takeout. Would order again, just have to check my bag more thoroughly to make sure everything is there next time.
Had a smoked steak burger. Had a visit with a old friend while we Watched playoff game.Great spot.
Food & service was horrible. Woman at takeout desk clearly didn't want to be at work, you could see it all in her face. While waiting on a whole kids meal that was forgotten we realized wings were wrong as well. After waiting 10+ minutes waiting on a cheeseburger & fries we didn't want to wait another 10+ minutes for the rest of the order to be fixed. On the way out I told the lady hoped her night got better I was greeted with an eye roll. By the time we got to the hotel every thing but the kids meal was cold ?
Worst service ever and I was just trying to pick up a to go order. I couldn’t get my order because no one would come to register. There wasn’t anyone around to ask for help either.
I had Treditional & boneless wings combo. the sauces tasted good but treditional wings are quite dried..
service was AWFUL. very disappointed that we literally had to seat ourselves and 20 mins later had to ask for a waiter. they seated the people behind us before, took their orders before, AND they got their food before. took us a good over 30 minutes to receive our food. absolutely crazy!!! there are a total of 3 tables here with many workers.
