I've always had great experiences picking up food in the drive through. Sadly, it appears that this location has closed. The last time I found them open was last Wednesday, 7/6/2022. While the lot is pretty run down, the food was always fresh and delicious. I have no complaints other than they're closed.
Haven't been to Arby's in a hot minute. Don't know why, is was fantastic. You want to tantalize your taste buds go, go, go there. Fast, friendly, on point service.
We stopped traveling from seeing our son and his family. We had 3 sandwiches and 2 of them had hair in them! Watch what your doing! This should NEVER happen!
It's one thing to mess up an order. It's another problem when they completely forget a sandwich! I hope this place goes under and we get something better.
Food was hot and fresh. We ordered the classic roast beef sandwich combo and the Wagu burger. Everything came just as we asked.
I have always loved the classic beef, cheddar and beef, and French dip mainly because of how thin the meat should be sliced. However, the past several times I have been to this store, the meat has been sliced so thick it has completely ruined the sandwiches and made them chewy. Managers, please start randomly checking that your employees are doing things right and as they should. As of right now they are ruining the quality and causeing costumers to go else where. That make them the right way.
It's a shame how this place is being taken down by spoiled and lazy kids who down right refuse to cut the meats like they are ment to be cut. Instead they are so lazy they are just slicing off big chunks making the sandwiches down right revolting and nasty. I can't believe I once loved this store. Apparently the managers are terrified of their lazy employees because nothing is being done to fix things and make these lazy kids do what they are getting paid to do. They have made it so you are paying to get items their way instead of the right way. It's hard enough to keep busness going as it is. Corporate should be ashamed for letting things get this bad for this long and it only seems to get worse every visit. I will be going to the ones in Biloxi and Ocean Springs for now on until things at this store can be gotten under control, if they ever can again.
Better check your bag before you get too far away. Order was taken correctly but apparently reading the ticket to fill the order must be really difficult.
God bless the employees of this location.The owners do not care fir the maintenance of the building or mechanical equipment. Yet the employees are very kind and the food is good.
Pulled through drive thru. Got meal and asked for Horsey sauce. Guess idiots didn't know what they sale. Too bad I don't feel like going back. They definitely would not like me.
