Great taste and friendly service. The prices are a little higher for the portion sizes and the "fast-food feel", and the woman's restroom was out of order. The place could use a redesign, remodel (weird layout & a bit cramped), but in spite of all that, the gyro was one of the best I have ever tasted. I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch. If you are in the mood for Greek, you'll enjoy the gyro.
Zeek’z is one of those places that has great food but lacks in hospitality, cleanliness, and wait. Let me start out and say the food was spot on, but to wait 25 mins for 3 Gyros is a little crazy. It is this very odd feel of ordering your own food from a kiosk which has appetizers on it but you will not get those until you get the rest of your food. With delivery service only to your table it definitely has sit down full service prices.
The pepperjack shrimp gyro (wrap) was absolutely amazing! It comes with bacon, but I didn’t get it. I don’t eat pork. I plan to visit this place again. A+++
Oddly, Zeek'z is perhaps the true inheritor of the old feel and style that Keifer's once claimed, before its move to a larger building to make way for the banality that inhabits that area of Jackson now.The menu at Zeek'z is simple, but hearty. Gyros with various meats, cottage fries (aka giant Idaho potatoes sliced long-ways a quickly fried), and other fairly typical Mediterranean fare are on the menu.The location is especially convenient to get in or out of, if you need to grab it and go. Prices are on par with most other gyro joints.
Great food and great quality service
Prices are now through the roof. The gyros come in tin foil and wrapped like a burrito which is fine but no meat, nothing in the wrap itself like it use to be. But my biggest complaint is the girl who’s takes orders at the front.. she was extremely rude and disrespectful. Made a smart comment multiple times and overcharged us. I used to love this place but I will not be going back.
Extremely unprofessional, terrible food, and outrageously overpriced. This meal right here cost me almost $23.00… I was the first customer in the store and it took roughly 40 minutes to get my order… ??♂️ I’ll never go back and I recommend eating at home before going to Zeek’s in Flowood.
The Gyros were absolutely delicious. Michael had a Philly cheesesteak and I had a magic mesh which was mushrooms peppers and onions it was fantastic. We also shared in order of cabin fries. I loved it. I'm sure we'll be back for more.
Overly priced, 19 dollars for just a burger, fries, and drink. Sweet tea taste bad along with bad service/manners. Only gave an extra star, because the food is good, but the experience and food isn’t worth the price.
Food is great, but you could eat a steak for the price.
