This is the worst Zaxbys in the area. The hospitality is nice but the food is horrible. I paid $11 for a #4 traditional BBQ wings combo. My entire order was cold and not fresh except my sweet tea.My tea was warm, but it had ice a little ice in it?. My tea was not Zaxbys sweet. I asked for extra ice, I got it in a smaller cup. At the time i didn't know the tea wasn't Zaxbys sweet. I called back to complained I received apologies and was offered a fresh plate. I returned and received a new order. The manager and the young lady both apologized. The food was microwave hot. The wings were smothered in luke warm bbq sauce, the wings themselves were not fresh and inside was luke warm and tough. I'm not angry but very disappointed. Boooooooo Flowood Zaxby? Boooooooooooo
Got the Cajun Club Sandwich. Comes with grilled chicken, was very delicious. Loved the also. Can't wait to go back and try the wings.
Enjoyed the Zaxby's snack pack, really like the straps. Tender and juicy. And the toast put it over the top

Zaxbys is one of our favorite places to get some quick food. But lately the customer service is of poor quality. They can be rather rude. I get it, it’s not a dream job but chick Fil a workers give you that 5 star service, and I want to know why they refuse to let people dine in when it says dine in on google maps. I can go to any other restaurant and eat inside but I have to sit in a 30 min drive thru at zaxbys? Do they just not want to clean up at the end of the day?
I’ve ordered several times off DoorDash. However, I’m continually not getting the extra sides or sauces ordered. I paid extra for those things. Then when I try calling they never answer the phone! So, as for as ordering from online. I don’t recommend because, they never fully read the orders coming through
Little slower than normal for not being very busy however food was excellent and staff was extremely helpful and polite.
Food is always good. Grilled chicken sandwich is one of the best around. But I ordered the 20 piece strip meal. The chicken strips tasted like the oil was burnt. They were uneatable. My kids ate them but I couldn’t

I placed an order online and marked ranch sauce when I get my order I had no sauce at all. I called the store and told them I was missing my sauce they bring it to me 5 minutes later and tried to charge me for it, I told her I did not want extra I just wanted what I ordered! after a few minutes I still had no sauce so I called again and was told to hold, then a lady asked what can she help me with so I told her I was waiting on my sauce and she told me I needed to stop yelling at her (well she could not hear me from all the noise in her background and I was not yelling) as I tried to tell her what I needed she would interrupt me and kept telling me I ordered extra sauce and that would be a $1. Finally I had to get rude with her and she said there is no sense in this I will just bring you the sauce! I love zaxbys but after that service over 2 things of sauce, I don’t know when I’ll be back!
