I have visited Wingstop in different locations but this location is the worst I have visited. The employee training is awful.The employee at the register was rude and very unprofessional. The cashier kept scrolling thru her FB feed while you are talking to her. I waited over an hour for my order. After receiving the order the fries was cold and also an order of fries was missing. So I returned to the business to request hot fries and the missing order of fries. She proceeded to accuse me of keeping an order of cold fries in the bag. I returned the entire order and requested a refund. The cashier stated she did not no how to do a refund. I then requested to speak to a manager. Apparently their was no manager on duty. She went and talked to the cooks and returned to state I could ONLY get a store credit.I told her NO I wanted my account credited or cash. No refund has been issued after calling Wingstop customer service twice. Now I will be filing a complaint with Windstop Headquarters!!!
Whole staff is rude and the cooks drink coronas literally on the line while cooking. With customers inside the restaurant, just ridiculous.
The perfect place to come if you want to wait 30mins after the 40 they said it would take and then get home and your dry rub wings don't have anything on them. If that's what your looking for come here.
I'm confused online says close at 12am the front door sign said open, why when I arrive at 10:30pm the worker said their not taking anymore orders? I really hate to make this review before speaking to management, but this isn't good
The estimated time for my online order was 18-23 minutes. It wasn’t ready so I sat on the bench directly facing the cash register/counter. Time ticked by and I quietly sat waiting, smiling at everyone else who came in, got their orders and left. An entire family ordered dine in, got their food and almost finished while I was still waiting. After an hour and 5 minutes I finally stood up to go ask about my order. The guy at the counter said, “Who are you waiting for again?” When I told him my name he picked up a bag that had been sitting on the shelf for a good 20, maybe 30 minutes, and said oh this is yours. Are you kidding me??? When I pointed out how long it had been sitting there he just said, “It’s still hot” and walked off. What the heck? I know he saw me waiting. I was sitting right in front of him. Did it never occur to him hey this lady has been waiting a really long time let me see where here food is. If I hadn’t gone to the counter I’m guessing he would’ve let me sit there all night? I will never be back which is clearly what these employees prefer. Also- one employee who was handling food kept wiping his nose with his hand and was eating with his hands so hands in mouth, on nose in the middle of handling food. Do better Wing Stop.
Very unprofessional! An employee who was off walked into the kitchen and cooked wings while the other crew members laughed and joked. Crew members moved very slow
I'm sick of this one always dry attitude when you get there. The girl behind the counter just sat there leaned on the counter and didn't say anything. The cook had to tell her to look up. But they just have horrible customer service attitudes. Spoke to the manager before but it hasn't did any good. Wow
I ordered food over an hour ago, and am still sitting here waiting on my to go order. The wings are tasty, but I’m currently watching only three people in kitchen try to keep up with a Friday dinner rush. This is not how I wanted to spend my Friday night. Don’t tell me it’ll be 20-30 minutes and then take an hour or more.
The employees were friendly but incredibly slow moving. I placed my order at 7:00 pm and it’s 8:41 pm they are still telling me “its coming.” I placed a mobile order and it said it would take 30-38 minutes. I expected to wait on a Friday night, but I’m sure anyone would agree that almost two hours is ridiculous. I was in line with a dozen other people who had the same problem.
Very disappointed, the wings taste like they had been cooked for days. The workers didn't seem like they wanted to be bother.. NEVER GOING BACK HERE...
