10/10 don’t recommend this Whataburger. I sat at the speaker waiting to order for 16 minutes exactly. AT THE SPEAKER. I pull around because there has been 3 other cars to order in the outer drive thru lane while I was waiting. Maybe the speaker was broken? I pull around to the window and tell the lady I haven’t ordered that I sat at the speaker for 16 minutes and just figured the speaker may have been broken. Her response was “well I’m not the one taking the orders so what do you want?”. Just rude. Do better, Whataburger. Hire someone with some manners.
Typically fastfood place fries taste like cardboard.
The food is usually really good but the service is atrocious. It takes forever to get your food going through the drive-through so I thought I would order online on the app for a specific pickup time...of course it wasn't ready at the time I slotted to pick up...they didn't even begin to make it. In fact it took me 10 minutes to even get the attention of an employee to even let them know that I had an online order. Only then did they start to make my order in which it took 20 minutes...this whole experience took me 30 minutes to get a burger and fries...and it's like this every time. Not worth the wait...don't waste your time.
The drive-thru line was packed, but we went anyway. My friend ordered and they had repeated it back to us just to make sure the order was right. We waited in line for about 10 to 15 min. We got to the window and asked them to repeat the order. They got the order wrong but she was so hungry she added what was missing and kept the messed up part of the order and paid for it too. The people were polite but the ordering process was lacking. The food was good.
No spicy ketchup and the fries were nasty, undercooked and full of grease. No ice cubes in the drink machine. The people working here doesn't seem to care about anything but chatting with each other, and needless to say, they don't follow the normal protocol other Whataburgers do.
Waited 30 minutes behind 3 cars only for them to give me the completely wrong order. I swear they hire some of the dumbest people here. Needs new management so badly
Every time I stop by I always missing something either a drink or some food. There always a long line that always make people wait at least 30 to 40 minutes. Like I don’t mind waiting because I know almost everywhere it’s under staff but if you going to make someone wait at least get the full order right
excuse to not cook burgers in the morning, “the grill is getting cleaned”.. really. tried to go inside due to separate orders, door locked. confusion from min order creation began. slowww
Whataburger has the best quick burger you can get.. this location's service was great... They were friendly and quick to be helpful.
Another bad experience trying to order food with a food app. I place an order, pay for it, drive to the store, and I am told that they cannot fulfill my order because their shake machine is down and has been down for two weeks. They also cannot refund my money because they do not have access to my credit card. So now, I did not get my order, and it’s up to me to dispute the transaction with my credit card company.
