This Wendy's is abysmal ???? Like its so bad I can't even pinpoint a reason to put here. The food is always cold and always wrong. They never have sauces. Their Dr. Pepper tastes like poison. Unfortunately, I still have to re-experience the worst Wendy's in America every couple of days when I come because my sister loves coming to this place just to complain about the lack of sauce every time.
Manager Karen I think she said her name was but not sure belittles her employees. There's no way I would have continued working after being yelled at about nuggets and fries that were clearly dropped with 40 second left to cook and poor lady on sandwiches. ?? I even asked for my receipt and didn't get one. She asked me how was she being rude. I told her from the looks of the drive thru line and customers inside she was probably short of workers but why take it out on the ones who did show up to work. She also put her hand in the fry basket with no glove on to remove fries. I put my food in the thrash after seeing her rubbing her hands on that dirty apron, and took the front register and not once sanitized her hands. We take risk eating at fast food restaurants but to witness this.
They charge extra if you order a lemonade. Why do they charge extra? Lemonade doesn't cost any more than soda.
When I want fast food, I come here. Fast, hot, no bs. Blows the other location out of the water.
Great customer service here. I have the Frosty key tag that gives me a little mini frosty with my food. It's a perfect complement to a large meal (fries ? and Dave's Double with ? cheese is my go-to). What I really like doing with my little Frosty is ordering vanilla and putting it in my next cup of coffee ☕. Don't be jealous, Starbucks ??
Staff is nice and the wait isn’t usually long. Food always decent and hot.
Our order wasn't exactly what we ordered but It was however the end of the day and we understand that selection is limited near closing time. It was however quick drive thru service. Our previous visits had been good.
Excellent hamburgers and fries. No dine in service; drive-thru only.
The service here has always been amazing. Came tonight and the woman at the drive thru greeted us with a smile, saw that I had my dog with me and she gave him a chicken nugget! He was a happy fella.
Second night in a row that I have ordered the Baconator and received only one patty. The burger also had no ketchup and I paid full price for the burger.
