Seriously the worst Taco Bell, and I don't know why I continue giving them chances. They absolutely never get your order right - even looking at it on the screen. They don't understand simple substitutions. I tell the guy over and over I'm allergic to dairy so nothing I'm getting will have cheese, sour cream, chipotle sauce, etc. and he takes that as I don't want any veggies or guacamole or anything, after I tell him I still do, just no dairy. Still get cheese, and still get no veggies or guacamole. Come on. Ingredients are old and stale. Bit into a cinnamon twist and had to spit it out they are so old. So, I get charged however much for substitutions and adding guacamole, etc, and I still can't eat half the stuff I ordered. Don't get me started on how slow they are and how one night, workers didn't take any of our orders from the drive through and just sat in the kitchen/walking to the bathroom pointing and laughing at us and other people saying "hello?" into the intercom. Poorly managed, poor service, awful quality food. Just unbelievable and I'm truly done with this location. I'd rather drive all the way down Lakeland through 1,000 stop lights to go to the other Taco Bell.
This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The lobby is closed and one time the workers were just sitting in the booths inside looking at us. You have to wait in line for thirty minutes at the drive thru even if you ordered online. Sometimes even the drive thru is closed extra early. I don’t understand why this place hasn’t closed down.
Worst taco bell in the country. I've tried multiple times to get food here and they are so slow it is actually quicker to go the next one 11 miles away. Multiple cars leave the line to eat somewhere else. Even with that it took 50 minutes to order and get food the one time I stayed in line. On top of all that, they get your order wrong and dont allow guests in the lobby so you would have to wait in line again to fix it. Dont waste your time
One star because I can't give zero. This place is trash and the people that work there are also trash.
If you have thirty minutes to wait in line to get fast food with three cars in front of you, this is the place to go. Always slow, but the staff is friendly.
The drive through is always broken, they are closed randomly, and half the menu is out of ingredients. How is this place still in business I don't know, I usually just go to the Wendy's across the street.
Terrible…waited at drive through for several minutes with no response, finally someone answered and said I had to come inside and order, they were not taking orders at drive through, asked why not and was told they were under staffed, so I parked and went inside to the counter and after standing there for a minute or so I was told that they were not taking orders at the counter I had to use the kiosk, now I counted at least six employees behind the counter, three of them were talking and goofing off, RIDICULOUS!!
Doors locked at 12 pm ? But it says open for dine in!! Has to high to sit in line when I get to the speaker I was then asked to hold . When they finally came on the speaker the woman had a bad attitude.
Went at 9:30 p.m. to pick up a delivery and waited for several minutes at the drive-thru with no response. Finally went to the window and they told me that they were closed despite hours being posted is 11:00 p.m. closingWent a second night and lights were all on and it was 1 hour before the posted close time. Was told that speaker that they were closed
Drive thru is hit or miss on whether it will be good service or not. I've never had a complaint on the food though.
