Easily the worst taco bell in the state. The staff are the most imcompotent people ive ever seen in my life. They arent even capable of making a cheesy roll up properly and they had 5 tries and every single one they made was a joke. Its literally just cheese in a tortilla wrap and you cant even do that right. Then they cant even get your order right. And they have a terrible habit of canceling your online order without notice then claim that they dont have any food when you show up
The worst taco bell I've visited by a mile. Firstly, it was supposed to be open to eat in until 8pm. We walked in at around 7:15pm and were immediately told to get out as it was drive through only. Well, if that's the case, then shut the door guys! Since we were from the UK and didn't know what we wanted to order (and the language can be hard for us to understand each other in this state) so we like to order using the screens inside so we know what we are getting. However, we had to walk back to get our car from the hotel and then go through the drive through. We had trouble understanding the guy on the speaker and he had trouble understanding us too (which is why we wanted to order on the machine!). He proceeded to laugh at us with his co-worker as we spoke (clearly making fun of our accents) and obviously did not understand a word of what we said as the order ended up being completely wrong, with half of what we ordered and paid for missing. He did however, half-fill the bag with around 50 x sauces, clearly as part of his little joke with his friend, no doubt as there was hardly any food in the bag when we got back to our hotel. The order took forever to come and we were the only ones there waiting. Staff were just useless and rude and couldn't give a d**n. And the food was a complete waste of time and money. Avoid this place if you can.
It's a hit or miss at this place some days you don't have to wait in line some days the food are good

Visited this Taco Bell. Was very hungry. Order-taker was rude and slow about taking my order. Just a plain burrito supreme is $5 now! I could not see or find the beef in it though. I asked for lite beans and still ended up with more beans than beef. Did I mention that just the burrito is $5??? I should have gotten meat/beef on my burrito, but they were too stingy to do that.
Closed at 6PM, with employees lounging around the tables. The lights were on, but the doors were locked. Employees didn't even bother looking up at us as we searched for an open door. The doors, and Google, both state that they are open until midnight. Somebody needs to tell the workers.
Been a few times and let it go, but after this 6th time of this manager taking orders and working the drive-thru window, being RUDE, its time for a review. He SIGHS so loud over something so simple. Rolls his eyes and just all around horrible customer service. If he doesnt like his job or doesnt want to be there, then he should go home and never go back. Just find a different one. This is not the first time hes been like this so it wasnt just a bad day. Its happened multiple times and that does not look good for that business location AT ALL !
Sometimes line can run slow but overall pretty good. Love me some bell so they would have to mess up bad for me to negative review them. 4 stars cause for no fire sauce...or any sauce. They did ask and I told them . It just didn't make it in bag. But no big deal...tomorrow they'll be 5 star again.
Pulled up to the drive thru at a time when the restaurant wasn’t even busy and placed a order and it was a decent sized order for four people. And the person on the speaker had an attitude saying” is that all” and then sighed when I said no I have one more, and then I pulled to the window and who appeared to be the manager was sitting there complaining to another employee about me and my order while the window was open. The food was fine but Ill just waste some gas to go to another location!
I'd give no stars if possible. This is hands down the WORST Taco Bell I have ever gone to. We ask for a little more sauce and every single employee in the building including the manager all roll their eyes and groan. On one occasion one of the employees attempted to steal cash as well. They would keep a customer's credit card and ring up the next cash order while pocketing the cash themselves. We realized they didnt give us back our card and turned around. When we inquired for our card we saw a massive stack of at least 12 other credit cards on top of ours. Its clearly a ploy at this Taco Bell.The food is always in complete disarray, and never what we ask for. The manager always has an attitude with us every single time we go through the line.Needless to say I bash this taco bell on every single occasion I possibly get the chance to. I forward all of my friends, and family that get that Taco Bell desire to drive the extra distance to go to another mexican joint instead of a quick grab taco bell. This entire taco bell needs an ENTIRE rehaul of the employees, starting with that terrible Manager.
